Today's meditation is focused on aligning your energy centers.
Wherever you are right now,
Give yourself permission to realign,
Readjust so you can show up as your most authentic and brilliant self.
Before we even begin,
Tune into the energy of your body.
As if you were scanning across it from right to left and from top to bottom.
Noticing anywhere that you can already begin to release tension.
And now bring your awareness to your breath and we're going to begin with the box breathing.
And you can breathe in through your nose and out your mouth.
So breathing in for four seconds.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Pause.
Release.
Six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Pause.
Breathe in.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Pause.
Release.
Six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Pause.
And allow yourself to continue breathing like this for a few more rounds on your own.
And as you exhale,
Allow your body to melt into the surface below you.
Continuing the rhythm of box breathing.
And with every inhale and exhale,
Allow yourself to get even 5% more relaxed.
And as you exist in the pauses in between breath,
Allow yourself to experience those moments as if time doesn't exist in those places.
As if you were in some secret space or a different dimension where only you had access to.
And on your next exhale,
Allow your breath to gently return to its normal pace.
And allow your awareness to slowly drop into your body.
And do another gentle scan.
Starting with the left side of your body.
Releasing any tension.
And allowing the breath to flow through as if it were water.
And scanning the right side of your body.
Trusting your intuition and your awareness to lead you to a point which requires a little more breath to soften.
Allowing your awareness to travel up to the crown of your head as if it were covering your body,
Coating your head with clearing energy.
Allowing your eyes to soften even more.
Relaxing your brow and the back of your neck.
Releasing tension in your shoulders.
And scanning your body all the way down to your feet.
And feeling the energy swirl at the base of your feet.
And from this place,
Allow yourself to ground into the earth.
Creating a trunk from your body.
Diving through any material below you and connecting directly with the soil of the earth.
And dropping your awareness through the roots all the way back into the soil.
And take a moment to reflect on the soil and how it feels to be in this space.
And allow your grounding cord to dig down even deeper.
Working its way through the crust of the earth.
Wiggling down past water and molten lava.
All the way down until again you find the center of the earth.
And as you reach the center,
Allow your grounding cord to wrap around it three times.
Creating a nice snug fit.
And allowing the earth's energy to travel up the grounding cord all the way into your feet.
And allowing that energy to start to move through your feet.
Relaxing the tips of your toes.
And as it's working through,
It's absorbing any stagnant energy.
Any blocks,
Any stress.
You can visualize it as if it were a light washing through your body.
Until all of the energy in your body and your feet become clean and pure.
And this energy begins to flow up the legs.
Wrapping around the calves.
Releasing all of the tension behind the knees.
Inviting this energy down the thighs and softening the muscles.
Allowing the energy to travel into your hip bones.
And absorbing all of the stress that is carried in this area stored.
Until this energy finds itself in the base of your tailbone.
The root of your body,
The energy center of your security.
You can visualize this space as if it were a glowing red ball at the base of your tailbone.
And allow Mother Earth's energy to travel up into the energy center.
And begin to wash it clean.
Absorbing any fears.
Any worries about security.
Any distrust in the universe.
All of these things are getting absorbed by this beautiful light.
And as you breathe in,
You fill it to capacity.
Taking a deep breath into that space.
And on the exhale,
All of the energy is recycled back to the Earth.
Going back down the grounding cord.
As if all of the energy were cleansed from your body.
And gently inviting the energy now back up effortlessly back into that space.
And allowing the energy to travel now into your sacral.
The energy center right below your belly button.
This space is orange.
You can visualize an orange ball of light.
And as this Mother Earth energy continues to travel within it,
Allow it to absorb anything that is blocking you creatively.
Any fears of the way you express yourself.
Any worries about what others will say about your art.
All of this is getting absorbed now and you can feel the pulse.
And as you feel it,
Soften the muscles of the stomach and allow the Earth to do the work.
Just surrender.
And on the next inhale in,
Bring expansiveness into this space.
Deep breath in and on the exhale,
Release all of the energy back down to the Earth.
And find stillness in this moment.
Noticing how the lower half of your body now feels.
And allowing that energy to extend upwards.
As you breathe in the Mother Earth energy all the way into your solar plexus.
Which is right above your belly button in your rib cage.
This is a bright yellow ball of light in the center of your ribs.
And allow this space to swell with your self-belief.
And you can ask yourself the question,
Who am I?
And allow Mother Earth's energy to enter into this space.
And swirl around,
Softening the muscles in the body.
Softening the upper abdomen.
Relaxing the core of your body.
And as you do,
Gently surrendering any blocks,
Any self-doubts.
Into this energy in your body.
And on the exhale,
Fully send it back down to the Earth.
Allowing the energy to be recycled as it is no longer needed.
Breathing in.
Pulling in the Mother Earth energy back up through the grounding cord.
Effortlessly now into your heart space.
And the moment Mother Earth's energy touches this space.
You feel the abundance of love pour into your body.
As if your heart were a room with no walls,
No ceiling,
No floor.
But a channel.
A channel for unconditional love.
And as you breathe in,
This love pours in through your heart.
And fills up every part of your body.
As if every cell were saying,
I love you at the same time.
And calling in that Mother Earth energy.
Inviting her into this space and allowing her to absorb anything that is heavy on your heart.
And if something comes up that you can think of,
Maybe nothing does,
But if something does,
Just simply offer it up.
Surrender it in this moment.
Knowing that Mother Earth will take it and recycle it for you.
And on the next inhale,
You breathe in and allow your chest to swell with this energy.
And on the exhale,
Surrender.
Softening the entire body,
Allowing all of the energy to flow back down to the earth.
And taking a moment to sit in the stillness.
Softening any muscles that have begun to become more tense.
And gently inviting Mother Earth's energy back up into the body,
Effortlessly crawling all the way up until it finds itself a home in your throat space.
And in this place,
Allow the muscles of the throat to soften.
Visualizing a blue light in the center of your throat.
And this light represents all of your truth and how you communicate it.
And as the Mother Earth energy begins to come into this space,
Allow her to absorb anything that you've been holding back.
If there's anything you've been needing to say,
Just soften,
Surrender,
And let Mother Earth do the work as she absorbs it from this space.
Breathing in fully.
And on the exhale,
Softening everything from the throat down.
So that way your entire body is fully softened into this moment.
And taking a moment to sit in the stillness.
Breathing in again,
Pulling in the Mother Earth energy all the way up now,
Into your third eye behind your brow bone.
As if there were a mirror or an eye inside your head and you were unfogging it,
Allowing there to be a clear channel from here to a higher dimension.
Using this as an opportunity to remove any blocks and calling in your intuitive abilities to channel and to perform at your highest ability.
You can visualize it as if you were unfogging a mirror in a bathroom.
Or washing a window,
Or even an eye opening to the heavens and the clouds.
And creating a clear channel so that you can perform to your highest ability.
And as you breathe in,
Allow this space to become even more expansive.
And as you exhale,
Release anything that was in the way.
Releasing all the blocks back down to the earth.
And finally,
Breathing up all this Mother Earth energy all the way into the crown of your head so that your entire body has become a rod of light.
And as you feel the energy in the crown of your head on the next exhale,
Visualize it blooming open as if there were a flower on top of your head.
And from the center of this flower is a beam of light that shoots all the way up into the cosmos connecting you with a higher dimension.
Using this as an opportunity to call in your guides,
Angels,
Support from the other side,
And visualizing them smiling down on you.
And about a couple feet above your head,
You notice a ball of light begins to grow and float above you.
And this ball of light represents all of your life force energy.
And so now you can call back all of your energy and return it back to this ball of light.
Calling back all of the energy you've spent worrying about things in the past or even just conversations you've had with people.
Calling back all of the energy worrying about the future.
All of the energy spent even communicating with people throughout the day.
And you can visualize this energy as if it were a flicker of light returning back to this golden sun above your head.
And as these flickers are returning,
The sun above your head is expanding and growing wider and wider.
And as it begins to expand,
You can feel your energy returning back to you in this present moment.
And continue to call back your energy to you until you feel like all of your energy is now floating above your head in a golden sun.
And on the next breath in,
Allow the golden sun to drop into your body through the flower,
Into your heart space and spread through every cell in your body,
Re-energizing you and bringing you back into your fullest potential.
And allowing yourself to experience the energy in your body now.
And taking a moment to sit here in silence and simply observing anything that comes up.
No need to judge it,
Force it.
Taking another minute to simply sit in the experience that you've created within yourself.
Allowing yourself to be deep in this practice,
Knowing that I'll pull you out when it's time.
Surrender to this moment and experience it in its full potential.
And when you're ready,
Dropping into your heart space and tuning into your heart,
Sitting with the question of what do I need in this moment?
And whatever word,
Mantra,
Vision comes up,
We'll close with three heart breaths,
Breathing in whatever came up and exhaling it.
And you can visualize the word come up in through the back of your heart and on the exhale,
Releasing it out the front of the heart.
So you can take both your hands and place them over your heart center and taking three heart breaths,
Breathing in,
Starting now.
Exhaling the word or mantra out the front.
Again,
Breathing in.
Exhaling the word out the front.
One last final heart breath,
Making it your most intentional breathing in the mantra.
Holding at the top with all of the air and taking another sip.
Exhale,
Releasing.
And as you release,
Gently bringing your awareness back into your body,
Beginning to move the fingers and the toes,
Gently rolling out the neck and fluttering the eyelids open,
Welcoming yourself back into this present moment,
Carrying everything with you that served you from this practice throughout the rest of your day.
