Let's begin with a few deep breathing exercises.

Notice any tension or sensations and with each breath,

This vibrant blue light starts in your crown,
Move it to your forehead,
To your eyes,
To your jaw,
To your neck,
To your shoulders,
Down your arms,
To your torso,
Around your hips,
Down to the legs,
And lastly to the feet.
Visualize this radiant blue light at your throat center.
This light is bright and pulsating,
Representing your true voice and your inner wisdom.
As you breathe in,
Imagine this light growing stronger,
Filling you with clarity and insight.
With each exhale,
Visualize any fears,
Doubts,
Or blockages being released,
Transformed into pure energy of awakening and self-clarity.
Imagine this light expanding,
Connecting you to your higher self and the universal consciousness,
Awakening your true purpose and your potential.
Focus on the sound,
Let it resonate within you,
Enhancing your awakening and self-expression.
Gradually bring awareness back to the present moment.
