Find a quiet and comfortable space where you won't be disturbed.
Sit or lie down in a relaxed position.
Close your eyes gently and take a moment to settle in.
Today's meditation is around the 963 Hz frequency.
This frequency is often referred to as the crown chakra.
Associated with spiritual connection and enlightenment.
This frequency encourages feelings of unity,
Oneness,
And connection to our higher consciousness or our higher self.
Let's begin with some deep breathing exercises.
Inhale slowly through the nose for a count of four.
Hold the breath for a count of four.
Exhale gently through the mouth for a count of six.
Repeat this cycle for a few moments,
Allowing the breath to become a natural rhythm.
Starting from the top of the head,
Slowly bring attention to each part of the body.
Notice any tension or sensations and imagine breathing into those areas to release tension.
Move down to the forehead,
To the eyes,
To the jaw,
To the neck,
To the shoulders,
To the arms,
To the torso,
To the hips,
To the legs,
And slowly to the feet.
Visualize a warm light enveloping each body part,
Promoting relaxation and connection.
Visualize a vibrant and radiant light at the crown of your head.
This light is glowing,
Representing your connection to the universe.
As you breathe in,
Imagine this light expanding,
Filling your body with warmth and energy.
With each exhale,
Visualize any negativity or stress being released and transformed into positive energy.
Imagine this light connecting to everyone and everything around you,
Fostering a sense of unity.
Focus on the sound.
Let it resonate with you,
Enhancing your connection to your higher self and to your universe.
Be patient with yourself,
Allowing the thoughts to come and go without judgment.
Gradually bring awareness back to the present moment.
Reflect on your experiences and the sense of connection you felt during the meditation.
Take a few deep breaths.
Gently wiggle your fingers and your toes.
When you are ready,
Open your eyes.
Carry this sense of connection with you throughout your day.
I thank you for joining this meditation.
You can return to this practice whenever you need to reconnect.
