Let's begin with some deep breathing exercises.

Visualize a deep indigo or violet light enveloping each part of the body,
Promoting relaxation and enhancing your intuitive abilities.
Start from the crown of your head,
Bringing awareness to each part of the body.
Notice any tension or sensations.
With each breath,
Imagine breathing in clarity and intuition.
Visualize this deep indigo moving down through the forehead,
To your eyes,
To your jaw,
To your neck,
To your shoulders,
To your arms,
To your torso,
To your hips,
To your legs,
And lastly,
To your feet.
Visualize a glowing light at the third eye.
This is the space between the eyebrows.
This light is vibrant and pulsating,
Representing your intuition and your inner wisdom.
As you breathe in,
Imagine this light expanding,
Filling your mind with clarity,
Insight,
And understanding.
With each exhale,
Visualize any mental clutter,
Doubt,
Or confusion being released,
Transformed into clarity and wisdom.
Imagine this light connecting you to your higher self,
Allowing for deeper insight and intuitive guidance.
Focus on the sound,
Letting it resonate with you,
Enhancing your intuitive abilities and your connection to your inner guidance.
Gradually bring awareness back to the present moment.
