Welcome to body wisdom.

Embodying your choice.

Find a comfortable place to sit.

Make sure that you're in a space where you can be undisturbed and that it is quiet.

When you're in your most comfortable position,

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in and let it go.

Take another deep breath in and release.

Take one more deep breath in.

Hold it at the top and let it go.

With your eyes remaining closed,

As you continue to breathe in and out,

I'd like you to bring your inner focus to your solar plexus.

That soft spot where your ribs meet and imagine a beautiful golden spotlight shining out from that space.

As you breathe in,

That light gets brighter.

As you breathe out,

That light gets bigger.

Continue to expand and brighten that golden light shining out from your ribcage.

I will now call forth the earth energy to move up through her layers towards your feet to support your ankles,

Your shins,

Your knees,

Your thigh bones,

Moving up into your hips,

Meeting together at the base of your spine and continuing upward like a spiral around your spine until it reaches the base of your skull.

I'm now moving to the crown of your head to open the crown just a little bit more to invite source energy to flow in through the top of your head,

Flowing down past your third eye,

Your throat chakra,

Your heart chakra,

Your solar plexus,

Your sacral chakra,

And your root chakra.

And as you continue to breathe in and out,

Source energy will continue to replenish these chakras for you.

With the golden light of your solar plexus,

Now move your attention to your heart space.

Visualize green light all around you and as you're completely surrounded in green light,

Know that you are loved,

Protected,

And nurtured.

You're safe here.

Now drop your attention back down into your solar plexus and that golden beam of light that you've been growing and nurturing,

I'd like you to step into that golden light.

And as you do so,

It turns into a tunnel and you're carried along the beam of golden light.

At the very end,

There is an orb of white light and you are delivered into that space.

Now I'd like you to think of a decision that you have been trying to make.

Whether it is deciding between two things or three things,

It does not matter.

While you are in this orb of white light,

A screen drops down and the first decision comes up on the screen,

The first choice.

As you watch that first choice play out on the screen,

Notice what sensations and feelings come up in your body.

Does it feel heavy?

Does it feel light?

Is there joy?

Is there anxiousness or nervousness?

Beautiful.

Take a deep breath in and let it go.

As you let go of your breath,

That first scenario washes away from the screen.

Now bring up your second choice and as you watch that play out on the screen,

Notice what sensations come up in your body.

What feelings?

What emotions?

Even if there are colors,

Just make note of them.

Just observe.

And after you've captured all of the sensations and feelings that the second choice has brought up for you,

Take a deep breath in and let it go.

But as you release your breath,

The second choice is released from the screen.

Now you can continue to do this if there are more options that you need to consider by pausing this meditation and following the same visualization that we just did.

Or if it is complete,

Take another deep breath in and let it go.

You are invited to turn around in the white orb until you find the golden light once more.

And as you move towards the golden light,

You're carried again along the stream back into your body effortlessly.

And you're delivered into your heart space surrounded by green light.

Take another deep breath in and let it go.

And as you release the breath,

You are brought back into the fullness of your body,

Sitting in the space where you are.

Wiggle your toes and your fingers.

And when you feel ready,

You may open your eyes.

Find pen and paper and write down everything that you experienced,

All the feelings and sensations that came up for you around each of your options so that you can make your body wisdom guided decision.
