This is a very short grounding and clearing meditation for my HSP community.
So let's start.
I want you to feel your feet really connecting to the ground.
And I would like you to feel your sits bones on the chair.
And just breathe in and out just once or twice.
Now I would like you to breathe in through your feet,
Energy from the crystalline grid in the middle of the earth.
Breathe that energy in through your feet,
Through your knees,
Through your legs,
All the way through your hips,
The midline of your body and out of your head.
And then I would like you to reverse it.
Breathe in the center of your head,
Through your throat,
Through your chest,
Into your belly,
Into your pelvis.
And breathe it out through your legs,
Into the feet and into the earth.
Now let's draw again energy from the center of the earth through your legs.
And imagine that in your hip region,
In your pelvis,
There's a beautiful,
Beautiful ball.
If you like,
Imagine that it's made of jade or any other beautiful,
Beautiful material.
And the energy that you breathe in through your legs starts to accumulate in this beautiful,
Beautiful ball.
Just fill it up as much as it's possible for you.
With each in-breath,
You draw in more energy from the earth.
And feel that battery,
That wonderful ball filling up with beautiful,
Calm and centered energy.
And I would like you to feel safe in doing that.
If you experience any discomfort,
Just turn down the dial.
You decide how much you connect with the earth and how much energy you actually draw into that reservoir of that beautiful ball.
And I would like you to feel as if that energy can fill every cell of your body.
From that center,
From that ball,
You can choose to fill your whole body and all the spaces between yourselves with that beautiful,
Nourishing energy.
Make sure that you're actually really connected through the body.
Don't leave out any part like the neck or the shoulders.
If you should feel tension there,
Befriend it.
Ask it to allow that light in if it's comfortable for you.
Just keep doing that.
And then I would like you to imagine that this light goes through all the pores of your body,
Just shines all the way out,
Expands out all the way around your body.
It surrounds you in a beautiful way and is being nourished by that fountain,
By that connection to the earth.
And feel that that light that is inside your body and also expanding like a cocoon all around your body is actually taking with it all kinds of debris and things that do not belong to you.
And breathe,
Breathe them out.
Really feel as if that energy is clearing you,
Is clearing your energy field,
Is clearing your body.
Let's do that for a couple of breaths.
Really keep the connection to your feet.
Feel your sits bone remain connected to your body.
And at the same time,
Experience that energy inside of you and around you protecting you.
This is your energy.
This is your field.
And I would like you to claim now aloud,
I now claim sovereignty over my energy field.
I now claim sovereignty over my body.
I now only allow positive,
High vibrational energy into my field.
And I dispel and repel all lower vibrational energies out of my body and out of my field.
I command that that is so.
Thank you.
Now I would like you to slowly return to awareness.
Just move your toes,
Begin to move your head,
Your hands,
Your arms.
And then slowly,
Slowly open your eyes.
Breathe in and breathe out.
And if you have the opportunity,
Just wait for a couple of minutes,
Two or three minutes at least,
Before you get up and return to normal life or to running around somewhere.
Just allow that energy to settle in your body.
