This is Mardi Brisbane,
The natural healer,
With a meditation on healing your heart.
Close your eyes and bring your attention to your breath.
Just notice your breath as it enters your body,
Circulates throughout your lungs and is then released.
You don't need to change anything,
Just notice your breath.
As you begin to relax more and more with every breath,
You feel the connection of the earth beneath you.
Feel the energy of the great Mother Earth supporting you physically,
As well as mentally and spiritually.
As you feel this energy of the earth,
You notice the sense of nurturing and love that she gives you.
Unconditional love emanating from the earth.
On your next inhale,
Feel that energy moving up from the earth through your legs to the base of your spine.
As you exhale,
Release out through your heart.
Inhale,
Drawing up through your legs,
Base of your spine and all the way into your heart space.
Exhale out anything that has hurt your heart in the past.
On your inhale,
Breathing in that loving energy,
Exhale out,
Allow anything you don't need to just be released through your heart.
Inhale,
Feel that love,
Energy and support from the earth enter your heart space.
Exhale to release.
Feel your heart begin to repair any part that's been broken in the past.
Each breath in,
You feel your heart becoming strong,
Becoming whole again.
Your entire heart space is filled up with love emanating from deep within the earth.
On every exhale,
Any concerns,
Any heartbreak or pain from the past,
It's all released through your heart.
Keep breathing this way,
Inhale love and repair,
Exhale to release.
Inhale love and repair,
Exhale to release.
Continue breathing this way,
Feel the love that the earth offers you as you breathe in.
And exhaling out anything left,
Anything you no longer need.
Take three more breaths.
After your third breath,
Come back to your normal way of breathing.
Bringing your attention back to the space where you're sitting right here,
Right now.
And when you're ready,
You can slowly flutter your eyes open.
Sit for a moment to notice how that makes you feel.
You may even like to grab your journal and write some notes about how you feel.
