28 of 30 days of gratitude.

I'm grateful for all that is.

Today we rest in presence.

There's nothing to fix,

Nothing to figure out.

Gratitude brings us home to what already is.

So let's begin.

And allow yourself to arrive slowly.

Find stillness in your seat.

And let your breath move freely without control.

Inhale deeply through your nose.

And exhale softly through your mouth.

Now bring your attention to your body.

Feel the sensations in your hands,

In your chest,

In your breath.

This is the moment.

This is the gift.

Say to yourself gently,

I receive this moment completely.

Everything I need is here now.

Breathe that in.

Let it fill your chest with ease.

Now begin to scan your life without judgment,

Just noticing.

Notice the people,

The choices,

The memories,

The lessons,

The beauty.

Let it all be here.

All of it belongs.

It's all shaped you.

Say again,

I welcome all that brought me here.

I give thanks for all that is present now.

Let your breath become softer.

Feel your body as it is.

Feel your energy as it is.

Feel your life as it is.

There's peace here.

Let your whole being recognize this moment as enough.

Now gently return to your breath.

Back to the rhythm of your body.

Back to this ground and space.

Say once more,

I'm present.

I'm grateful.

I'm whole right here,

Right now.

Everything is here.

Everything is enough.

Everything is becoming through you.

Gratitude doesn't chase.

It sees.

It accepts.

It welcomes.

In that space,

Everything opens.
