So what's showing for this week is around your awareness,
What you've been living from,
Especially the beliefs and patterns that did not actually start with you.
A lot of what you trusted,
Followed,
Or accepted as truth may have come from what you were taught and or what you have been exposed to over time.
And now you are in the position where you can start to separate what is truly yours from what you've been carrying.
As that becomes clearer,
Another layer comes up,
And that's visibility.
Because when you start living from what's true for you,
You can't stay hidden in the same way.
And for a part of you,
Being seen hasn't always felt safe.
So you may have noticed where you still hold back,
Shrink,
Or question yourself just to avoid being fully visible.
And underneath all of that,
There's a pattern that keeps repeating,
Emotional responses,
Situations,
Or cycles that feel familiar even when they don't feel good.
That's not random.
That's something your system has learned.
But this week is about recognizing it in its real time.
Because once you see the patterns clearly,
You have a choice.
You can respond differently instead of continuing it automatically.
So this week,
Keep your focus on awareness.
Notice what you're thinking,
What you're feeling,
And what keeps showing up the same way.
That's where your shift is.
Not in forcing change,
But in seeing clearly enough to choose differently.
