I'd like to take you on a little adventure with me.

You're up early this morning.
The sun is only just beginning to come up.
It's very quiet outside in the farmyard.
Peeking out the window,
You see a silhouette of a red rooster standing on the fence.
You know that any minute now he will cock-a-doodle-doo and wake all the other animals for the day.
You send the rooster your silent wishes.
Have a peaceful,
Happy day,
Big rooster.
Walking outside in the cool morning air,
You see two horses and a pony lying in the riding ring.
Their chests rise and fall as they breathe.
You send the horses and ponies your silent wishes.
Have a peaceful,
Happy day,
Horses and ponies.
Just inside the barn,
There's a tabby cat and her three little kittens curled up tight in a bale of hay.
You send them your silent wishes.
Have a peaceful,
Happy day,
Tabby cat and kittens.
In the chicken coop,
There are four white chickens all nestled into their laying boxes.
You send all four of them your silent wishes.
Have a peaceful,
Happy day,
Chickens.
The pigsty has three big pink pigs that are all snoring and snorting very softly.
You send the pigs your silent wishes.
Have a peaceful,
Happy day,
Pink pigs.
As you begin to walk back inside,
You notice that the rooster is ruffling his feathers,
Sticking out his chest and taking really big breaths.
He's getting ready to wake everyone up on the farmyard.
Before he does,
You send your silent wishes to all farmyard animals on farms all over the world.
Have a peaceful,
Happy day,
Farmyard animals.
Keep your eyes closed.
Now quietly,
Inside yourself,
Say,
May I have a peaceful and happy day.
May all of the people I love have a peaceful,
Happy day,
Too.
Now we're going to breathe in and out for ten big breaths.
