This is a standing embodiment meditation.

Stand with your feet about shoulder width apart and plant your feet firmly on the ground.

And if you aren't able to stand,

You are more than welcome to sit in a chair with your feet on the ground instead.

Really connect your feet to our mother and feel the gravity of our planet holding you safely,

Holding you upright,

Rooting you right here,

Right now.

Feel her magnetism connecting to the soles of your feet.

And say,

I connect myself to the healing center of Mother Earth from whom all life grows.

And bend your arms down and scoop up the energy from the planet.

And visualize the energy being pulled up through your feet,

Into your shins,

Your knees.

And as you keep pulling the energy up slowly,

Continue going up,

Up,

Up,

Until your hands are firmly and highly above your head.

And open your fingers as wide as you can.

And open your arms wide like a tree.

And say,

I connect myself to the healing light of the creator,

The source.

And inhale and slowly pull that light down.

And visualize this light pouring in through your crown,

Around your body,

And into your third eye,

Into your mouth,

Into your throat,

Or past your hips in a natural resting position.

And now say,

I now connect to my deep self.

And let your hands come to rest on your body,

Where you feel your deep self to be.

Take just a moment,

Beloved,

To find the stillness here.

Let your shoulders soften.

And let your belly just naturally rise and fall.

And let your breath slow down until you can feel yourself again.

And begin to gently push off your right foot,

Keeping both feet firmly on the ground,

But as if you are pedaling a bike,

Pushing your body weight to the left,

And gently pushing your body weight to the right.

With the left feeling your weight and your energy now begin to cycle through your body.

And just continue in this gentle pedaling motion,

Moving your energy.

And there's nowhere to go.

Nothing you need to force.

You're just arriving in your body.

And as you continue to move,

Feel your deep self within you.

That soft whisper of something you are now connected to,

That feels so familiar to you.

This is your first spark of remembering,

A knowing,

A returning,

A subtle awakening.

Let yourself fully feel it.

And I'm going to read you a poem,

A transmission.

It's a remembering.

And let these words move through you in whatever way that they do.

Keep moving your energy before we begin.

And say,

I connect myself now to my higher self,

My soul,

Which connects within to your deep self.

And feel that connection happen.

As you say these words internally,

While you move.

There's a tremble in my heartbeat,

A soft quake in my bones.

Something ancient stirs inside me,

Calling me back home.

It isn't fear that's rising.

It's the memory of light.

The woman I have always been is waking in the night.

I breathe and my whole body listens.

I feel something shifting in the distance.

Something's waking in me,

Something holy,

Something wild.

A fire I thought I lost is whispering like a child.

I am standing at the edge of everything I used to be.

And something sacred trembles awake inside of me.

Just breathe,

Beloved one.

Let your heart open a little more than before.

Let yourself soften into what you feel becoming.

You don't need to rush.

You don't even need to understand.

You just need to feel.

Something is waking up in you.

And you are so ready.

Bring your movement now to a stillness.

And take a deep breath into your belly.

And exhale.

And place both of your hands over your heart.

And send gratitude from your mind to your heart.

And from your heart to your mind.

Creating inner coherence.

Just stay in this feeling.

Thank you for being here.

Thank you for listening.

Thank you for awakening.

Say that to yourself.

Thank you for being here.

Thank you for listening.

Thank you for awakening.

You can open your eyes.

I'm Joya,

And I will meet you in the next fire.
