Hello Lightworkers,
This is Tanya Dawn and I'll be guiding you through a simple yet powerful golden cord-cutting ceremony.
First,
I'd like to start by burning some sage or palo santo to clear the energy that I'm in.
If you'd like,
You can do that also.
And when you're ready,
We can begin.
Take a slow breath in and a long,
Gentle breath out.
Allow your body to soften.
As you arrive fully in this moment,
There is nothing to fix,
Nothing to hold,
Nothing to carry right now,
Just your breath and your presence.
Bring to mind a person,
Situation,
Or energy that you feel ready to release.
You do not need to force anything.
You are simply becoming aware.
Notice that there is a cord of energy between you and this person,
Place,
Or thing,
A thread,
An attachment,
A connection that feels heavy,
Tangled,
Or complete.
There is no judgment here,
Only awareness.
Now,
Imagine a soft golden light above your head,
Warm,
Intelligent,
And deeply loving.
This is your higher wisdom,
Your inner clarity,
Your truth.
With each breath in,
This golden light grows stronger.
With each breath out,
Your body softens more deeply.
Now,
See that golden light gently surrounding the cord between you and this energy that you'd like to release.
There is no struggle here,
Only peace.
When you are ready,
Imagine a powerful golden pair of scissors,
A beam of light,
Or simply your intention,
And in your own timing,
Allow the cord to be released.
Not through force,
But through truth.
The lesson has been received.
The energy is now yours again.
Notice what happens as the cord gently dissolves into light,
Not lost,
But transformed,
Returning you to yourself,
Whole,
Clear,
Present.
Take a deep breath in,
Feeling your own energy fully return to you,
And exhale,
Releasing what is not yours to carry.
Now gently affirm,
I release what is not mine.
I call my energy back to me.
I am whole within myself.
Stay here for a few breaths,
Resting in your own energy field,
Your own presence,
Your own peace.
Begin to bring awareness back to your body,
Your breath,
And this moment.
And when you're ready,
Softly open your eyes.
Carry this sense of calm,
Of presence with you into the rest of your day.
I'm so grateful you're here.
Thank you for sharing this space with me.
