Welcome to this Reiki meditation.

I invite you to start by finding a comfortable position and gently closing your eyes.

As you settle into your relaxed position,

Take a deep breath,

The deepest breath you've taken all day,

Feeling the cool air flow in the body and then slowly exhale and noticing the warm air as it passes through and exits.

Deeply relaxing the feet and legs,

The hips,

Stomach and lower back.

Relax the chest and the arms,

Followed by shoulders,

Upper back,

Your neck and your head.

You are feeling fully relaxed and calm.

As you concentrate solely on your breath,

Feeling its natural rhythm as you inhale and exhale,

Taking a few moments to remain here,

Following your natural flow of breath.

Imagine you are sitting in a beautiful garden,

Lush grass,

Tall trees,

Flowers all around you.

As you sit calmly,

You hear the birds above,

The bees buzzing around the flowers,

The butterflies.

You start to notice a light making everything warm and bright with colors.

The warmth and light hits your face and you enjoy feeling it provides.

Now imagine the light traveling down your face,

Down your neck,

Your shoulders,

Down your arms to the tip of your fingers.

Now your arms are glowing with light as it continues to spread its light warm down your back,

Through and around your chest and down to your stomach.

And the light feels your belly more and more with each breath.

The light continues to flow down your legs and through your feet,

Right to the tips of your toes.

Light has filled your entire body.

And now you feel the beautiful light and warm.

Imagine this light creating a globe around your body,

Through your body.

You're completely surrounded by light.

It is healing every part of you with each inhale.

Imagine this light glowing brighter,

Creating a beautiful flow within and around you.

This light is so bright and beautiful.

And then it changes from sunflower yellow to beautiful white light glowing within and around your mind,

Your body,

Your soul and aura.

Now with your next inhale.

Imagine this beautiful light expanding as far and wide as you can see.

This healing light is flowing all around you.

You can see it moving,

Warming you and relaxing you.

Breathe in the light.

Exhale any negative energy.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

Knowing that you can return to this moment and to the breath at any time and find this peace.

Our meditation is coming to a close.

So take one final deep breath as you continue to see this light surrounding you.

And as you become aware of your physical surroundings.

And as you exhale,

Gently open your eyes.

Taking everything around you.

Continue healing with this Reiki light.
