Widening the aperture of your mind and body from an over-focused, survival-based mechanism, called "convergent" focus, to a widening more spacious, expensive, and thus unified focus, called "divergent focus", assists the release of ongoing survival held within. A pivot to a divergent focus can bring greater spaciousness, order, and creativity, and the connection to new possibilities is difficult to access with a narrow, stressed focus. Enjoy widening your aperture to connect with the unified field, a place to sense growth and new possibilities from Source, all while the nervous system and body come back into order.

So,

As you lie down in your somatic meditation,

Closing the eyes,

And eye mask on,

And prioritizing your inner world.

Breathing with spaciousness,

Receiving breath well,

And in full body awareness.

As the gesture of the eyes close,

This signifying that your focus will now be turned inward,

Your heart shedding light within you.

As you breathe,

This inner world far bigger than this outer world.

Senses remain devoted to focusing upon it.

What is within?

You,

The observer of this inner consciousness.

Breathing as the breath deepens,

Encouraging space throughout this body,

The space that is truly within you,

And the space that is all around you.

Breath deeper.

As you focus,

As you step back in connection with this vast inner world,

The observer identify with it,

The observer able to see from a much larger lens.

Identified as the observer,

As something vast,

Getting bigger.

Breathing deeper.

Breath getting bigger.

You getting much bigger.

From within.

Stepping back.

Getting big.

Spacious.

As to see from new angles,

The capacity to view in new ways,

Space,

To sense as you breathe,

Possibilities that you did not know existed.

Sense this,

Widening your aperture to a much grander lens,

Abiding in the place where a problem does not exist.

Sense this,

Staying big,

A bigger perspective,

Lens larger,

Deeper,

More clear.

And sense from a long distance away,

Something you were over-focused about before,

From the past.

And observe how did that make the body feel?

How did the body respond?

How is the body acting and holding itself?

And what was your capacity to make clear,

Grounded choices that brought you energy?

And the deep knowing in your wisdom body from far away now and much bigger than this problem.

It does not have to be done that way.

Breathing with this.

Sensing the infinite possibilities within you.

Stay big.

Remain in your true nature.

Pause to receive greater clarity.

Wise.

Dropping wisdom down into this body.

And in knowing this,

How does that make the body feel?

Energizing the body with something much bigger,

In close connection with wisdom,

Universal order,

And with divinity.

Open your lens to connect more closely to this.

There is a place where the problem does not exist.

Touch it.

Available for it.

Ready when you need to recognize it as you breathe.

To a much more direct,

Energizing answer that is clear and enlivens this body.

Breathing with it.

With something bigger.

Getting closer to it so it's clear and striking as to when it chooses to enter into you with great clarity.

This answer.

Breathing.

The softening of patience in the breath as to receive a higher answer.

Receptive.

Lens open.

To receive a higher power that elevates and inspires this body.

Broadening the view,

The choice to see and then to feel in new ways,

New choices,

New outcomes.

You centered and big as you receive.

Lens expanded as the visionary.

Knowing the answer is available to you.

Sensing this truth in your body.

It shall be so.

This big picture clear in the mind.

Clear in the body now.

As you choose the big picture.

Inhaling deeply.

Exhaling deeply.

Clear in your awareness.

Remembering anything that arose.

Remaining as long as you need to or choosing to start to move the physical body.

Retaining your insights.

Rising from your meditation in right time and right place with clear choices.

You the creator of your life.
