So coming into your meditation position, Be it seated or lying down, And in deep honor and respect of the space in which you hold and attending to it with presence by closing your eyes and prioritizing your inner world. As you close your eyes, Right away you're journeying into the dark and you are exemplifying what it would be like to adventure into the mystery, Into experiences you have not as yet have had at all, And into the unknown. The inward focus as you breathe, Encouraging it to be more spacious, To investigate through inquiry, Through questions, Where in the body, Where in your energy body as well, Could anything possibly feel bound, Resistant, Contracted, And an overall holistic observation of this now as you breathe, Feeling into the entirety of the body and clear observation of how the energy is held within you right now. Does the observer space within you and space that is all around you that you are perceiving in new ways? The energy within all things as you breathe, As you begin to unfold any contracted layers within you as to go deeper, To know yourself this well, Is to be at even more home in this abode from within, To allow the experience to be new by observing distinctively where it potentially is gripped, Contracted, And now at a slower vibrational frequency from within you. The past has less energy and it is now more matter than energy. Breathing, Even as you pause, You sense that you have the ability to change and to be more energy than you were just moments ago, More energy and less matter. This awareness within you of how your energy is held in this body as you further explore a greater calibration while seeing and recognizing the energy of the past for what it is, It could now shift to wisdom as you explore refreshing your energy body to do so remembering space within you and space, The space that is all around you, That truly everything is energy, To know your energy field where there is energy of the past, What energy you have endorsed, And to still refresh your ability to choose what energy you will tap into in this present moment and in your future.
