Let's make up our mind that today is going to be the perfect day.
Let's commit to looking on the bright side and choosing to interpret things in a new way.
If you get stuck in traffic,
It could be an opportunity to develop patience.
If someone is rude to you at the store,
You can see it as an opportunity to practice loving kindness.
If you're feeling stuck at a job you don't love,
Maybe it's providing an opportunity to learn something that will guide you to a job that you do love.
Yes,
This can feel a little forced,
A little Pollyanna,
But changing how we interpret our lives means changing how we experience our lives.
So let's introduce some affirmations that you can use today to start telling a new story.
