This is a short poem written to express the universal connection that exists within all things. We often think we are small beings, confined to our body. But we are a part of something much bigger. Listen when you need a quick break or an uplift in your day.

I am. I am me. The thoughts, The spirit, And the body. I am the breath that goes in and out. I am the root and I am the sprout. I am the earth and I am the sky. I am the apple of God's eye. I am the waves as they caress the shore. I am all this and more. I am the morning and I am the night. I am the sparrow as it takes flight. I am the moon and I am the sun. I am the all. I am the one. I was complete before I began. I was born singing the song of I am, I am, I am.

Thanks, that was a motivational message for me today! It was in line with my thoughts. I was comparing myself with seeds as I admired my plants on the balcony! I am a sprout!!
Although my branches are somewhat gnarled from age, I am content in my skin today! I am! I am.
