In this meditation, we are going to rewrite old stories of lack and instead invite in a new story of wealth and abundance. To do this, we will start with a golden light visualization and then repeated affirmations to help change our relationship with money and finances.

Hello and welcome to today's meditation. We live in an amazingly abundant world. But it can be so easy for us to forget that and get ourselves trapped in a scarcity mindset. Our minds just get stuck on everything we don't have. Or we look around and can only see the obstacles instead of all the opportunities. Let's start telling a new story of wealth. Let's leave behind words of scarcity and open ourselves up to new possibilities of financial blessings. Take a comfortable seated position. Let's start with three deep breaths in. . . And doubt. Again. And out. In. . . And out. As you take your next breath, I want you to imagine a warm gold light entering through your nose and flowing down into your chest. Every time you take a breath. More and more of this gold light enters your body. And fills your chest. Until there's a little sun in your body. Glowing with light and warmth. It radiates so much golden light that it overflows from your chest and runs down into your legs. It runs down your arms and into your hands. Your hands are warm and filled with so much light. From your hands, The light continues to spread until it envelops your whole body. And then into your surroundings. The surface you're sitting on, The room you're in. All covered and filled with this beautiful blessed light. And as you sit immersed in this light, These words echo through you. Everything I touch turns to gold. Money comes to me so easily. I love bringing in more money. Money comes to me whenever I need it. It's so exciting to make money in different ways. Everything I touch turns to gold. I love seeing the numbers in my accounts grow. I live abundantly in every area of my life. Money feels safe for me. I give and receive abundantly. I see so many paths to success. I am attuned to new opportunities. I feel secure financially. Everything I touch turns to gold. I have good luck when it comes to money. I am becoming my wealthiest self. My capacity to receive is ever growing. I am attuned to abundance. There is prosperity in my heart. Everything I touch turns to gold. I open the door to greater levels of wealth. Success comes to me easily. I make money doing what I love. I have multiple blessed sources of income. Everything I touch turns to gold. Everything I touch turns to gold. Breathe and let these affirmations settle into you. Every cell of your being is infused with the energy of wealth and abundance. It is your nature. It is your birthright.
