How do you act in this life? Let's focus on taking one small thing from this vision of our best life and bringing into our current reality.

Hello and welcome to today's meditation.

Today we are going to work on taking action to bring our current reality and the abundant life we are dreaming of into closer alignment.

Get into a comfortable seated position.

We are going to start with three deep breaths in.

What does your most abundant life look like?

What would you be doing if you could choose to do anything?

What would you be doing if you had the financial resources to fulfill your truest purpose in life?

If you don't have exact or complete answers,

That's alright.

Focus on the parts that you're certain of.

The dream career.

The ideal city.

The goal number in your bank account.

Let's take a moment and really sink into this most abundant life.

Try to imagine it as clearly as you can,

Down to the little details.

What's surrounding you?

What's on your work desk?

Do you not have a desk at all?

What kind of person are you in this reality?

Are you a bit braver?

Are you more confident in your actions?

Are you more generous with others?

What are you feeling?

Are you content,

Satisfied,

Energized?

Look at this ideal life and pick one thing,

It can be big or small,

That you can bring into your life today.

What will take you one step closer to this abundant dream?

What will help you make that shift towards that life?

It might be getting a bouquet of flowers so your home feels more luxurious.

It might be something as simple as cleaning and organizing your workspace so that it more closely resembles your vision.

Or even dedicating some time to a project you care about but have put on the back burner.

Select one thing that can be implemented within the next 24 hours and commit to doing it.

Achieving the life of your dreams and becoming the person you want to be doesn't happen with a snap of the fingers.

It takes repeated,

Dedicated action over time.

But it's also a joyful journey,

So make sure you choose an action that will make you feel positive in some way.

As we end this meditation,

Commit to taking that action and bring your current reality and your dream reality closer into alignment.
