I invite you to gently close your eyes take a nice deep breath in and out really letting go of your day so far allowing yourself to really arrive in this moment I invite you to bring your awareness to your heart space and the light that resides in your heart maybe you can sense if it's a big bright light or a tiny little fairy light maybe you can even sense the colour of the light that sits in your heart and it's only when we come to this stillness to this silence that we are able to hear the whisperings of our heart and soul so,
Asking yourself now what does my heart want me to know today?
And it's ok if no words come but you might find that you receive some words of guidance,
Love maybe some words of wisdom that come through to you from your heart now so just tuning in and listening I now invite you to become aware of a beam of bright white light that's coming all the way from the central sun which is the sun in the centre of our universe seeing that bright white beam of light as it travels in through the sun in our galaxy and in through the crown of your head this is the divine masculine light of source seeing that bright white beam of light as it travels down through your head feeling all of your skull,
Your brain,
Feeling all of your face feeling that bright white light as it travels down through your neck,
Your throat flowing down into your shoulders down past your elbows and into your wrists and right to the tips of your fingers feeling that white light as it starts to travel down your spine illuminating each vertebrae one after the other feeling how this light is both cleansing and purifying as it moves through every cell in your body seeing that white light travel down past your hips feeling all of your stomach down into your thighs past your knees into your ankles and right to the tips of your toes where it then washes back up your body like a wave upon the shore all the way up and into your heart space where you feel it blend with your own heart light giving it an extra brightness seeing your heart space lighting up with the merging of this bright white light I next invite you to become aware of a pool of golden light that resides right at the centre of the earth seeing like a cavern or a cave filled with a golden honey like energy and this is the divine light of our Mother Gaia,
Of our Mother Earth and I want you to now imagine that you are growing roots like the roots of a tree out the soles of your feet sending those roots down into the surface beneath you and down into the earth feeling those roots travel deep,
Deep,

Deep,
Deep down past all the ancient layers of the earth past the crust,
Past the magma all the way down into this cave of golden light and I want you to imagine that you are dipping your roots now into that pool of honey like energy feeling yourself starting to absorb that light up through your roots up through all the layers of the earth,
Up,
Up,
Up,
Up,
Up feeling that light as it travels past all the ancient layers all the way up to the surface that supports you and in through the soles of your feet feeling that golden light as it starts to merge with the bright white light from above feeling it as it starts to travel up through your feet and ankles feeling it travelling up your shins,
Up your calves,
Into your knees feeling how this energy brings with it the ability to transform anything that no longer serves you with ease and grace into divine white light feeling how this light is helping you to release the old cycles the old stories,
The old you making space for fresh new energies,
Fresh new ideas and experiences seeing that golden light as it travels all the way up your legs,
Pouring into your hips feeling that golden light as it nourishes your body feel how it is nurturing and loving as it moves through every cell feeling that golden light as it fills all of your stomach travelling up your spine,
Illuminating each vertebrae,
One after the other and seeing that golden light as it travels all the way up to your shoulders allowing them to soften,
To relax fully,
To release all stress,
Anxiety,
Negativity feeling fear simply disintegrating and washing away with this golden light seeing that light travel all the way down your arms,
Right down to your wrists and right to the tips of your fingers seeing that golden light travel up through your throat and your neck releasing any tension in your jaw seeing that golden light as it fills your mouth,
Your teeth,
Your tongue feeling that golden light as it travels into the rest of your head illuminating your face,
Your nose,
Your cheeks,
Your eyes,
Your ears feeling all of your brain and your skull right down to the tips of your hair where you see that golden light wash back down your body once again and into your heart space where you feel it blend with that white light from above and that inner heart light from within creating a holy trinity of light within you and I invite you now just to take a moment to feel to feel how it is to be connected to these two sources of divine light the light from above from source and the light from the earth beneath us feeling how you have become a bridge that connects these two divine realms here on earth feeling how it feels to have both divine masculine and divine feminine energy in complete balance and harmony within your heart space to feel how that has moved you into complete balance and harmony for we all have both divine feminine and divine masculine light within us taking a nice deep breath in and release one last breath in,
Breathing in love and breathing out love knowing that all that is real is love and now just gently bring your awareness once again back into your body starting to become aware of your body in the space where it resides currently maybe starting to gently wiggle fingers and toes feeling yourself grounded and present in this moment and then when you're ready gently opening your eyes,
