Take a moment to settle into stillness.
Allow your body to find a comfortable position and let your eyes gently close Take a slow,
Deep breath in and exhale completely again,
Breathing in And let go.
Now allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm.
Feel the ground beneath you.
Let yourself be held There is nowhere you need to go.
Nothing you need to do.
For these next few moments Simply be here.
At the turning of the seasons Today,
We arrive at the autumn equinox.
A moment of balance between light and darkness.
A threshold.
The Earth is turning towards the darker half of the year.
Inviting us to turn inward too.
Feel that balance within yourself the part of you that has been reaching outward.
Creating.
Moving growing.
And the part of you that is beginning to long for quiet.
Rest reflection.
And deeper connection with yourself You don't need to choose between them,
Both belong Light belongs.
Darkness belongs.
Movement belongs.
Stillness belongs.
And you belong with all of it.
Now,
Imagine yourself standing in an autumn woodland.
The air is cool against your skin.
The earth beneath your feet and all around you.
The trees are changing.
Leaves of gold.
Copper.
Amber and green.
Drifting gently towards the ground Watch one leaf as it falls.
Notice how effortlessly it lets go.
The tree doesn't chase it.
It doesn't try to hold on.
It simply knows it is time.
Take a breath.
And ask yourself quietly.
What am I ready to release?
Perhaps there is something you've been carrying for too long An old belief.
A fear.
A pattern.
A worry.
A judgment.
A relationship with yourself that no longer feels true.
You don't need to force anything away Just notice what is ready to form and as you breathe out,
Imagine releasing it letting it fall onto the earth.
You don't need to carry it into the next season It has taught you what it came to teach you.
You are allowed to let it go.
Breathe and release.
Now bring your awareness to your heart and think about everything that this year has given you the experiences the lessons.
The unexpected moments.
The people you've met.
The things you've survived the moments you've grown through and the moments that made you feel truly alive.
Imagine gathering the wisdom from all of it like gathering the fruits of an abundant harvest.
You don't need to take everything with you Take only what nourishes you.
Only what has become wisdom.
Only what you want to carry forward.
I invite you to place your hand over your heart and silently say.
I honour how far I have come.
I receive the wisdom of this season.
I am grateful for what has grown Take a slow,
Deep breath in and exhale Now imagine placing a small seed into the earth.
This seed represents an intention for the season ahead.
Not something you need to achieve.
Not something you need to force simply something you want to nurture Perhaps it's peace.
Perhaps courage.
Trust.
Creativity.
Self love.
Rest.
Or perhaps another word comes to you Let that intention become your seed.
Place it gently into the dark,
Fertile earth.
And remember.
A seed doesn't need to see the light to be growing.
Much of life's transformation happens beneath the surface.
In silence.
In darkness.
In ways we cannot yet see.
So if something in your life is still unfolding,
Allow it.
You don't need to have all the answers you don't need to know exactly what comes next.
You can trust what is taking root take a deep breath Feel the earth beneath you.
Feel your own presence and imagine that you are standing at the threshold between two seasons behind you,
The brightness and expansion of summer.
Ahead of you,
The deeper,
Quieter wisdom of the autumn.
And you stand here,
In the middle,
Balanced,
Present,
Whole.
You are allowed to change,
You are allowed to rest you are allowed to release.
You are allowed to begin again.
And you are allowed to enter this next season exactly as you are.
Take one final deep breath in.
.
.
And slowly breathe out Feel your body.
Feel the ground beneath you Begin gently moving your fingers.
Your toes.
Bringing your awareness back into the room and when you are ready.
Open your eyes carry these words with you.
I release what is ready to fall.
I honour what has grown.
I trust what is taking root.
I welcome the turning I welcome the darkness I welcome the light.
And as the Earth enters a new season.
Allow yourself to enter yours with trust,
With presence,
With an open heart Happy Autumn,
Equinox
