I invite you to find your way into a comfortable position.
You could be seated or lying on the floor.
Whatever feels good to you.
Arriving into a comfortable position where you can feel the places of support beneath you.
And see if you can allow your body to gently soften into all of those places that are supporting you.
And if it feels good to you,
You could close your eyes taking your attention inside.
Placing awareness on the breath and taking a deep breath in through the nose and a sigh out of the mouth.
As if you could breathe away the day that you have had so far.
Breathing in through the nose feeling how the chest expands and sighing out.
A breath out of the mouth softening a little bit more into the place where you're lying or sitting.
Softening your shoulders allowing the forehead to soften.
Arriving right here right now into this moment that is just for you.
And from this place of arrival I invite you to bring your attention downward.
Gently leaving the mind,
The busy thoughts and see if you can allow your awareness to drift to your chest and then to your belly.
And then to come to rest in the cradle of your pelvic bowl.
See how it might be to visualize this space as a beautiful woven bird's nest.
This is a place of holding,
Safety and nourishment.
I invite you to see this nest as a root of your physical body and the heart of your creative core.
This is the place where inspiration,
Ideas and your life force begin.
Just noticing any sensations that are there and if there is no connection to anything that's okay.
Just know that placing your awareness in the pelvic bowl is more than enough.
And this place has been waiting for your loving attention to awaken the gentle energy that pulses here throughout each day.
And see if you can allow your breath to flow purposely into this space.
So as you next breathe in,
Directing your inhale first to the belly and then imagine it further still.
Imagine this inhale moving into the pelvic bowl like a shining radiant light filling up this space.
And this light brings warmth,
Clarity and restorative energy.
This breath illuminating every corner of the nest.
And as you breathe out see if you can visualize your exhale like a gentle breeze flowing down and out of the pelvic bowl and as it flows out sweeping away stagnation,
Tension or negative energy.
And spending the next few rounds of breath with awareness in this space.
Every inhale shining and radiating a light into the pelvic bowl.
This nest that holds so much creative energy.
And every exhale it's like there's a spring cleaning happening as you breathe out restoring energy and vibrant flow.
So see how it might be to allow each breath to be like a restorative activation for the creative center in your pelvic bowl.
Every breath in illuminating and shining the light there radiating a light throughout the pelvic bowl.
And every exhale the gentle realignment as you breathe out as if old wounds,
Tension can be breathed out and you can trust that the exhale will lovingly carry them away.
Making space for wholeness and vitality in this creative space.

See how it might be to sense where your uterus is,
The ovaries or their energetic echo if they are no longer present.
Knowing their blueprint remains whole and vital within you.
Just resting awareness in your pelvic bowl connecting to the space where your uterus lies and where the ovaries are.
Just imagining them there perhaps sensing shapes or colors there's no right or wrong.
Just honoring this space exactly as it is right now.
This is the home of your creative essence,
Your core vitality.

That resting your awareness here strengthens that connection.
