Sometimes we need permission to welcome the idea that our minds are reactive. This is not something that needs to be viewed as a fault but rather an invitation to cultivate more peace. We need to support the reactive mind and not run from it. If we can practice being with what is, we can allow for more calm moments in our everyday lives. This meditation is a guided practice to help recognize how/when the mind is being reactive and allows for some compassion to shine through. Music: Meditation Yoga Relaxing Music by SigmaMusicArt
