Hello,

Beautiful soul,

To the place of stillness,

A space where you will cultivate deep gratitude,

Elevating your vibration from within,

Intoxicating with it your surroundings.

And so we begin.

Sitting comfortably with your spine straight,

Take a deep breath in,

And then breathe out.

Take another deep breath in,

And then breathe out.

Continue breathing naturally,

Allowing for your breath to just flow.

Feel it merging with your physical and your etheric bodies.

Feel as if you are your own breath.

Move your attention to your body,

Feeling your breath flowing through you.

Feel the airflow just under your nose,

Gently entering and leaving you.

Breathing in,

And breathing out.

Notice how it feels.

Is the air cool?

Is the air warm?

Keep your attention on this spot.

Feel the air flow going through your throat.

Continue breathing naturally,

Feeling the airflow in your throat.

Notice how it feels.

Is the air soft?

What does it feel like on your inhale?

How does it feel on your exhale?

Observe it.

Stay with it.

Move your focus to your heart.

With your inhale and your exhale,

Feel your chest expanding and contracting.

Keep your attention on your heart center,

Feeling the sensation of that flow.

Continue breathing naturally,

While keeping your attention on your chest,

Noticing the feeling.

Bringing your closest attention to this sensation.

Deeply present in this moment.

There are no regrets of the past about the future.

Perfect calm moment of presence.

When you are present,

You are grateful.

And when you are grateful,

You are present.

Effortlessly gratitude is being cultivated within you.

Here,

In this moment of now,

Gratitude for anything and allow for it to expand,

To grow.

And to spread.

There is no need to name it,

Just feel it in your heart.

Continue staying in this moment,

Cultivating gratitude within.

Deep,

Sincere gratitude,

Expanding vastly from your heart.

Once your thoughts arrive,

As they naturally do,

Visualize them as a fluttering butterfly in the green summer meadow.

Vigorously moving from one flower to another.

Observe this amazing creation of nature.

That is your mind.

Take another good look at the butterfly,

Almost piercing it with your eyes.

Follow its moving trajectory.

Witness its grace and its elegance.

And see it landing on the rose.

On an exquisite red rose.

The color of deep,

Dark red.

The butterfly is calmly sitting on the rose without much movement anymore.

Just witness it.

Observe it simply sitting on the rose.

Slowly flapping its wings.

Once every so often.

Get closer and notice its size,

Its shape,

Its color.

Notice the patterns.

Notice its very soft texture of its wings.

This is your mind.

You're calm,

Relaxed.

The calmer it becomes.

Sit with it.

Sit with this restful butterfly.

Whenever thoughts arise,

Continue taking your focus to the butterfly.

And just observe it.

Stay connected with it.

Go back to your heart center.

Feel deep gratitude within.

Feel its expansiveness.

Gently breathing in and breathing out.

Keeping your attention on your heart.

Ever so gently in your mind,

Repeating this mantra.

Continue on your own.

You are filled,

Saturated with gratitude.

You are gratitude.

You are emanating gratitude.

Spreading it.

Or come back to yourself and open your eyes.
