Grounding is something that you normally do when you first arrive at your yoga mat.
You just want to check in with yourself.
See how your energy is.
And see if you can notice any of the subtle energy bodies in and around your chakras,
Around your auric field.
I like to set a Sankalpa at this time,
Just really checking in with yourself.
What is your devotion?
What are you dedicating your practice to today?
And then checking in at the end of every practice to see how the energy has shifted,
Seeing how the pranic energies have flown.

To be grounded.
Is to be one with your breath.
And to connect.
Your root chakra.
To the crystalline core of the Earth.
Plugging each energy center.
To the center of the great central sun.
In your crown.
Through the universe,
Through the galaxy.
Grounding.
Your lower three chakras to the earth.
Feel into your heart space.
Feel the energy.
Emanating in all directions.
With every breath.
In love.
And super luminal light.
Sending love to your body and to the entire planet,
To the cosmos,
To every subatomic particle in your being.
