Welcome to your meditation of deep relaxation,
Yoga nidra with the angels.
Please find the most comfortable lane sanctuary that you are able to access at this time now.
Once you are able to,
Please gently close your eyes and begin to relax your body with intention,
Exhaling everything that does not serve you.
And as you draw down your shoulders with each breath,
Keep breathing with intention to relax more and more all throughout your body in a gentle body scan,
Making any subtle adjustments to your lane savasana pose.
If you have a particularly active mind,
It's helpful to do breathing techniques.
Breathings are four parts,
Inhale,
Pause,
Exhale,
Pause.
If you have the out-breath,
A little bit longer than the inhale,
It relaxes your body.
And sometimes when I have no breath in my thoughts,
You can start counting your breath and it helps to get in sort of a,
Inhaling for four counts,
Holding at the top for two,
Exhaling for six,
Holding that for two,
And repeating.
Really feeling that mental body,
Spirit connection,
Just fully relaxing into your space,
Sinking more and more.
Now,
Direct your attention to your heart space.
We can now set a sankalpa for our practice,
The Sanskrit term for intention,
But also your heart's desire,
A heart's felt desire for this practice.
Planting a seed of positive change.
Now,
We'll call in your highest self and trillions of angels,
Security force angels with Metatron,
Those working with Archangel Michael,
And we'll ask them to assist us as we do this body scan to relieve any tension,
Make our bodies feel light,
Activating our light body.
I'm now just going to go over your body parts from toe to head.
If you'd like,
You can visualize any color that you feel like would help.
For example,
White light contains all the colors in the spectrum,
So that's a good color to use.
Your body will just naturally pick up and integrate any colors that it needs,
And the angels can help with this.
Sometimes it's fun to place a little flower on top of each of your toes as we go through them,
Or adding,
You can add the essence or the energy of anything that really calls to you.
For example,
The essence or energy of rose petals,
Pearls,
Sparkles,
Gold,
Pinky toe,
Setting the loving intention to relax pinky toe for yoga nidra practice.
Going through all of the toes now,
Letting the sensation just melt down over your feet,
Drawing the energy up your legs,
All the way up your thighs,
And all the way up your lower back,
And your stomach.
Now going up through the chest area,
And sending extra love to the heart space,
And going around your shoulders,
On your arms,
Through each one of your individual fingers.
Now up your throat,
And chin and jaw,
Cheekbones,
Ears,
Temples,
Around your eyes,
And your forehead,
And your head.
Now picturing all of your body parts as a whole now,
Trying to see all of it.
Picture yourself as a body of light,
Emanating light in all directions.
And now we ask the angels to help pick up your ethereal light body,
And lift you over your bed.
We're just gonna go on a little journey.
We'll ask them to now lift you up,
Float above your bed,
Above your living structure,
Above your neighborhood.
Flying over the town,
The city,
Just floating like a cloud,
The angels.
In your region of country,
Your entire country,
Seeing the surrounding water.
Actually gonna go out,
See the whole world,
Over the moon.
Now we're going out to the solar system.
Now we'll just be seeing constellation,
After constellation,
Floating through space,
Going way far out into deep space,
Until eventually we arrive at the center of the Milky Way galaxy.
We fully surrender now,
With the angels,
And are transported through the center of the Milky Way galaxy,
Transported outside this space and time.
We'll form this void.
All that remains is unconditional love,
And oneness with the angels in the cosmos.
