Welcome to this guided meditation for the beautiful blue moon that we have coming up this month of May.
This meditation is going to help us connect with the rare expansive energy of the blue moon and to receive personal insights,
Release and empowerment.
So before we begin I invite you to find a comfortable quiet space,
To find a comfortable position for your body.
It could be lying down,
Could be seated,
Propped up with pillows and cushions.
Take a moment now to get really comfy and when you're ready and close your eyes.
I'm going to take three deep breaths in through the nose,
Out through the mouth.
Focusing on the exhalation,
Extending it so it's a little bit longer than an inhalation.
With every exhale allow the body to become more relaxed,
To become softer,
To become quiet and as your body softens and relaxes we're going to imagine a brilliant silvery blue moon in the sky above you and you allow those beautiful silvery blue rays to envelop your entire being.
Becoming fully bathed in the light of the blue moon.
Allowing this energy,
This beautiful light to flow down through your crown chakra,
Down through the third eye,
Over the throat,
Into your heart,
Down into your womb space or the center of creation.
It travels down encompassing the whole body,
The whole aura is aglow with a blue silver light from this incredible blue moon.
Whisper silently in your head or aloud,
I open myself to the wisdom and illumination of this rare blue moon and as you open up your mind,
Your heart,
Your body and your womb space to this beautiful blue moon energy,
Visualize any old patterns,
Limiting beliefs or doubts being dissolved by the moon's light.
See them being released as they leave the body and enter the auric field,
They are dissolved by the blue moon.
That blue silvery light helps dissipate that energy,
Facilitates the release,
Encourages the unburdening and letting go.
If you're unsure,
Just allow the feelings to come,
You may not want to name them.
Lean into the knowledge and the belief that you've been directed by source,
By the lunar goddesses,
That your body,
Your mind,
Your soul have an innate knowing of what is for your highest good and all those things,
Those thoughts,
Those feelings that are not for your highest good,
That are no longer serving you,
Are being released now from the body,
From the mind,
From the psyche and as they leave us,
That silvery blue light emanating from the moon dissolves that energy,
Allows it to be absorbed by Mother Earth,
Where it is neutralized,
Transmuted to love and released back into the world,
Into the atmosphere,
Reabsorbed into us as love and healing light and with the sense of release,
It allows expansion,
It allows clarity and as we switch our focus from releasing to what we are now here to gain,
What we are now here to see,
What truth wants to arise at this rare moment,
What do I need to see,
What do I need to embody,
As we ask the blue moon to provide clarity and insight at this time,
Just notice any words,
Any images or any feelings that are arising with you at this time,
Allow these things to arise within you,
Take a few moments to breathe in the moon's radiant transformative energy,
To really inhale and absorb that silvery blue moonlight,
Integrating,
Absorbing this lunar energy to bring clarity and truth to us at this time,
To help us transform,
To evolve,
To grow with these new insights,
Taking a few moments to allow anything that needs to come through,
Taking a few moments to breathe into this beautiful moon energy of the blue moon and as we prepare to come out of this meditation,
I'm just gonna take a moment to thank the moon and yourself for receiving its wisdom as we visualize those blue silvery rays of energy detaching from our aura,
Returning to the moon and visualizing that light contained within our auric field being absorbed into the body,
Into each cell,
Allowing the embodiment of that energy to carry it for with us throughout the coming days,
To know that that truth,
That awareness that we were given during the meditation will be carried with us into our awareness so we can begin taking aligned action to bring that into being for it to become our embodied truth,
Taking a deep breath in through the nose,
Sighing the breath out through the mouth,
Shaking the legs and the arms gently to bring some movement into the body,
Bringing our awareness back to the present moment,
Back to our body and slowly opening our eyes,
Becoming fully present in this moment,
In the here and now and I invite you to get a pen and paper and record any insights,
Any truths,
Any feelings,
Thoughts about this meditation,
Any messages you feel you may have received from this beautiful full blue moon that we have been blessed with here today.
