Welcome love.

This is your sacred moment to come home to yourself.

To soften,

To breathe,

To release what's heavy.

This is a Reiki infused meditation for calming anxiety and restoring inner peace.

You don't need to do anything.

Simply receive.

Let's begin by settling into stillness.

Gently close your eyes if you haven't already.

Take a gentle breath in and a slow breath out.

Another gentle breath in through your nose,

Filling up your lungs,

Your stomach.

Hold at the top and release everything through your mouth.

Beautiful.

Let's bring all your energy back into your body.

Back into the present.

Feel your body wherever it touches the earth.

Maybe it's your floor,

Your seat or your bed.

Imagine roots gently growing from your feet into the earth.

Connecting you to the deep,

Steady heartbeat of the earth.

Feel Mother Earth holding you with all of her energy.

She's strong,

Stable and calm.

She's giving you all of those energies inside of your body,

Mind and soul.

Picture this energy as a white light going through your body,

Through all of your chakra points.

This is life force energy.

This is Reiki.

This is prana.

As I activate the Reiki within you,

Remember this divine healing energy is flowing through me into your space.

You may feel warmth,

Tingles or nothing at all.

All experiences are perfect.

Trust the energy working for your highest good.

With each breath,

Feel this light entering the crown of your head,

Flowing gently down your spine.

Soothing your nervous system,

Softening the tight places in your body and melting anxiety like ice under the sun.

Let yourself begin to release.

Release the tension in your chest dissolve.

Release anything that no longer serves you.

Let the white light flow through you and release through your roots into Mother Earth.

Let the energy flow.

Let your mind quiet just for now.

If any thoughts arise,

Let them float past like clouds.

You don't need to hold them.

You are held.

You are supported.

Now receive these words.

I am safe to breathe.

I am allowed to let go.

Peace lives within me.

I trust the rhythm of life.

Even now I am being guided.

As I send Reiki to your heart,

Your solar plexus,

Feel your inner world become lighter,

Softer and clearer.

This energy around you is shifting.

You may feel more energetic.

You may feel more still.

You may feel ideas coming to you.

You may feel more creative.

You may also feel more tired.

It means it's time to rest.

Know that Reiki energy will continue to support your healing even after this meditation ends.

Place one hand on your heart.

Whisper a simple thank you to yourself,

To your body,

To the universe.

Exhale any remaining tension.

Another inhale in through your nose.

Filling up your chest,

Your lungs,

Your stomach.

Hold at the top and let it all go back to Mother Earth.

As you start to begin breathing in normal and going through your normal breath,

Remember that you are safe,

That you are supported,

You are loved.

Now gently come back to your body whenever you're ready.

Gently wiggle your fingers.

Wiggle your toes.

Honors the light within you.
