Located at the throat,

But when blocked,

You may feel silenced,

Or afraid to speak up.

In this meditation,

We will clear stagnant energy,

Activate the blue light of Vishuddha,

Find a comfortable seated or lying position.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in.

Feel your body soften as you surrender into the breath.

Pulsing gently,

Expanding with each breath,

This is your throat chakra,

Your seat of expression.

Any unspoken words,

Any fear of being misunderstood.

Now visualize a clear,

Flowing river within your throat,

Cool,

Refreshing,

Limitless.

This river represents your voice,

Your truth,

Your divine self-expression.

See it shimmering under the light of the moon,

Its gentle currents washing away all hesitations,

All doubt,

All fear from being misunderstood.

This is the river of your truth,

And it flows effortlessly,

Without resistance.

Feel its cooling waters,

Cleansing your throat chakra,

Dissolving any tightness,

Any energy that has kept your words trapped inside.

Imagine all the times you wanted to speak but held back.

Let those memories float downstream,

Disappearing into the vastness of this sacred water.

You are safe to release.
