Please find a comfortable place to be,

Somewhere where your heart,

Mind,

And soul can be relaxed and open,

Leaving you with authentic connection to your inner truth.

Please pause this and take a moment to find a place that feels comfortable for you.

Begin to find your breath.

Whether you're seated or lying down,

Find a way where your spine can be long and in its natural shape.

Shoulders rolling down your back body,

Heart opening,

Back of your body or your seat anchored into the ground below you.

You'll know you've found a great place for your body when you can begin to breathe with ease and grace.

Begin to notice your breath without judgment.

Notice where it's restricted,

Where it's smooth,

Where it's open,

Where it's closed.

Allow your mind to follow your breath,

Tracing the inhale through your nose and exhaling through your nose.

Follow the shape of your breath without changing or efforting it.

Take note of how it fills up your lungs and your belly,

How it opens your heart.

If the breath feels tight in the chest,

See if you can draw your shoulder blades together to open up in the front body,

Stretching your chest muscles,

Allowing your breath to move a little bit more freely in the upper chest.

Place your hands on your ribcage.

Begin to draw your inhale even deeper into your belly.

Once your breath meets the depth of your belly,

Allow your ribcage to expand out toward your hands,

Toward your elbows.

And then finally,

Rise up into your chest without lifting your shoulders.

As you exhale,

Let your upper chest fall,

Ribs close in toward your midline,

And your belly button comes in toward your spine with as little effort as possible.

Just a simple offering,

A simple guidepost.

Remember that throughout this meditation,

Anything goes,

Anything that feels good for you,

You can pause this,

Stop it,

Or take it all the way.

Just know that whatever you choose,

It's right for you in this moment.

Always listen and take care of your body,

Your mind,

And your soul.

Continue to breathe deeply like this,

Inhaling into your belly,

Your ribs,

And into your heart,

Gently filling up with inspiration.

Exhale,

Trace your breath back down the same path,

Releasing the breath.

Spend a few more breaths on your own like this.

If your eyes aren't closed already,

Go ahead and soften the gaze or close the eyes.

Let your eyes relax in their sockets.

And if you'd like,

You can make your inner gaze in between your eyebrows,

Just at the top of the bridge of the nose,

Focusing on your intuition,

Letting it guide you throughout your practice today.

In your mind's eye,

Call to mind a grassy field that you've stood in before,

A grassy field that makes you feel safe and adventurous,

A grassy field that feels like summer.

Maybe the grass has dew on it,

Or maybe it's dried out from a midsummer's day.

Focusing down at your feet in your mind's eye,

Imagining the grass that you stand in,

Feeling the sensation of your bare feet within the grass,

The blades going in between your toes as you wiggle them.

Let your gaze be focused at your wiggling toes,

Rooting down into the earth below you.

Feel the sun upon your back at just the right temperature for you.

It feels warm and soothing.

As you gaze in between your toes,

You notice a four-leaf clover in between your feet.

You get giddy inside.

As you reach down,

Asking if you can have this four-leaf clover,

You feel a yes in your body.

As you take this clover out of the ground and begin to admire it,

Noticing the heart shape that the leaves make toward the center,

Noticing the cyclical pattern of this four-leaf clover,

You feel a smile coming to your face as you hear the birds chirping in the background.

You are exactly where you need to be in this moment.

As you start to lift your head away from the gaze at your feet and away from this four-leaf clover,

You begin to notice a stone pathway.

These stones are laid in the grass in a particular way that feels inviting and adventurous.

You feel called to begin walking on these stones with your bare feet.

You take your first step right onto the stone as you feel the coolness beneath your feet.

You bring your left foot to meet your right.

You continue like this,

Savoring each moment and each step along this stone path as you stay present with the stone and the coolness beneath your feet and the soft moss that connects the stones.

You notice that this path is leading you toward a cliff.

You notice the luscious trees around you,

And this area is still filled with grass all around the stone steps.

You feel a cool breeze wash over you,

Washing away any fear and any doubt you might have about where this path may lead.

You simply trust and have faith that these stones were laid especially for you,

Especially for you to follow.

The stones begin to wind toward the left,

Around a tree,

And then again toward the right as the path straightens back out toward the cliff.

You begin to hear the sound of crashing waves against rock with the birds chirping at your back and the sun shining down on your face.

You feel clear.

You smell the sea breeze as it washes over your face and again down your back.

You can almost feel the mist from the ocean crashing against the rocks.

You feel content and full.

You begin to fill up with faith and presence,

And with deep gratitude you place your hands over your heart and know that this path was prepared for you in pure love.

You notice that there's only a few stones left on this path.

You take your final few steps,

And as you reach the last stone,

You notice the base of a beautiful,

Water-falling willow tree.

The leaves pour down around you.

In a way,

You're surprised.

The smell of the ocean had you fully immersed in its sensory experience,

Yet you barely noticed that you were walking right underneath this big and beautiful willow tree.

Situated at the edge of this cliff,

The endpoint of this rock path,

You take in this willow tree,

The large inhale,

And a full,

Complete exhale,

Feeling the reciprocity and exchange between you and this tree.

You feel the base of the trunk,

The bark beneath your hand,

As the leaves wisp,

Almost tickling your shoulders.

The air is warm and filled with sea essence.

You gaze down toward the left of the base of this tree,

And notice a beautiful cushion,

A rug,

A journal,

And a pen.

A special,

Sacred place,

Just for you.

You find your way to this seat,

Feeling so loved and cared for.

Somebody set this up for you.

Once you've found your seat,

You lift your gaze to notice the horizon.

You're looking at the ocean,

And you can hear the songbirds in the tree above you.

This feels like a midsummer's paradise,

And you are so grateful that you get to be right here,

Right now.

As you look down next to your seat,

You notice the journal again.

It's a beautiful emerald color.

It looks fresh and new,

Like it's waiting for you.

You open the front cover,

And inside of it,

You notice writing.

The inside of the cover reads,

Write down the first thing that comes to mind that is aligned with your soul.

What do you want out of this beautiful life?

What do you desire to share with the world?

What does your soul say?

What does your heart say?

You feel centered in your being,

And alive with purpose in this moment.

You look toward your heart,

And from this place,

You begin to write what you desire to share with the world,

What you desire to bring in love to the world.

What did you come here to do?

Who did you come here to be?

As you finish writing,

You lift your gaze for a moment,

Noticing,

Again,

A stone path leading you away from this seat.

You passionately and excitedly write down your final thoughts,

Your final awarenesses of this soul communication.

You feel called to bring your journal with you.

As you adventure onto this continuing stone path,

You place your pen down,

Holding your journal close to your heart.

You rise,

And follow the rest of the stone path around to the other side of the tree,

With your back toward the ocean,

And your gaze to the grass and the richness of the forest.

You notice a circle made of wildflowers.

The stone path is leading you right to this circle.

As you arrive and take in the beauty of these beautiful wildflowers laid in a way specifically for you to find them,

You notice an opening to this circle.

Just like the clover from the beginning of the journey,

You feel called to ask if you can go inside of this beautiful circle.

You feel it in your bones,

The welcoming of this circle of wildflowers.

As you step inside,

You notice a tree trunk in the center.

On this tree trunk,

The words read,

Please place your dreams here.

As you place your emerald green book down on this trusted trunk,

You feel held and supported.

You feel connected with the earth below you and the sky above you.

You can trust that this tree and this circle will always be here for you to come and to visit,

To read the desires of your soul,

Everything that gets you excited about this beautiful life.

You feel complete in this moment.

It's time to return home.

You turn clockwise and exit through the threshold that you came into this circle from.

You follow the stone path,

Feeling the coolness beneath your feet as it wraps back around the tree,

Leading you to your sacred space where you wrote down the sweetness of your soul.

You fill up with great gratitude for whoever set this up for you.

You feel loved.

You look up one last time at this beautiful weeping willow tree,

Hearing the wind rustle the leaves above you and all around you.

You step back onto your stone path,

Leading you away from this tree and away from the sounds of the ocean behind you.

The sun falls gently on your back,

Guiding you down the stone path that you came from.

As the path winds right and then left,

You recognize the tree that you started your journey with.

You follow the stone path as it straightens out back into the grassy field,

Back to where you found your four-leaf clover.

As you step off of the last cool stone and into the grass before you,

You feel more connected and more grounded.

You feel at one with the earth below you,

Held in a new way.

There's a part of you that,

Even though you've stepped on this grass before,

You feel like this is the first time you're feeling the grass in between your toes and underneath your feet.

You close your eyes and take in this grassy,

Beautiful summer day.

One last time,

You draw your inhale in deep,

Deep into your belly,

And you release it with a sigh,

Gently allowing yourself to come back from this journey even more whole and more connected than when you started in this body,

In the place that surrounds you right now.

You wiggle your toes,

Keeping your eyes closed,

Wiggle your fingers,

Gently allowing your breath to reawaken you,

To realign you with this moment right here,

Right now.

As you feel ready,

Rub your palms together,

Placing them over your face,

Over your neck,

Down your arms,

Over your heart,

Down your front and back body,

All the way down to your toes,

Making contact with every part of your body to reawaken to this moment.

Receive another deep inhale,

And full,

Complete exhale.

As you begin to flutter your eyes open,

Taking in your surroundings,

Slowly,

And with a pair of fresh eyes,

As you begin to transition back into your day,

Do so with loving awareness and with great care.

I invite you to grab a journal and write down anything that seems important for you to be a part of,

So you can live into your soul fire and bring your gifts into the world.

Thank you so much for joining me today.

We'll see you next time.
