With each breath you can already begin to notice your body softening,

Unwinding,
And just take another slow,
Deep inhale in,
Fill in the lungs completely,
And exhale slowly,
Just allowing any tension to leave with the breath,

Just notice the natural rhythm of your breathing,

So even the little muscles at the corners of your eyes,

And those little muscles just behind your eyes,

And sometimes we're aware of trance,
And sometimes trance is just a difference in your awareness,
And you just accept without even noticing,
That straight away,
You may notice a really specific level of comfort,
Your arms feel more comfortable,
As your feet go into trance,
And as you notice your feet,
Your arms,
Go into trance,
As you listen to the sounds of my voice,
Your own inner voice,
Go into trance,
As your inner voice speaks,
And pauses,
Trance,
Is all around,
And your unconscious mind can remember,
And repeat,
Just every positive thought you've ever had about yourself,
As my voice will guide you,
And you don't have to think about any of these things,
You can just relax,

And as you continue to drift comfortably,
You may notice how good it feels to just let go,
In this space,
Nothing is required of you,
No efforts,
No demands,
Just a deep and gentle peace,
That flows through every part of you,

Imagine a warm,
Gentle light above your head,
This light is filled with calm,
Healing energy,
And with every breath,
It flows slowly down into you,
Through the top of your head,
Into your mind,
Clearing away any busy thoughts,
And this light moves down your neck and shoulders,
Melting away any tension,
Drifting down through your chest,
Your arms and hands,
Bringing ease,
Flowing through your back and stomach,
Releasing all tightness,
All the way down your legs,

Your whole body is now surrounded by this soothing,
Healing light,
You're safe,
You're calm,

That this calm state is always here for you,
