Before we begin let's take a moment to arrive here together.

If it feels comfortable allow your eyes to gently close or soften your gaze.

Take a slow deep breath in through your nose and exhale fully through your mouth.

Let your body know it's safe to be here.

We gather under the energy of the full moon in Cancer,

A moon that illuminates our emotional world,

Our need for safety,

Belonging,

And true inner nourishment.

Cancer reminds us that healing does not come from forcing or fixing but from listening,

From tending,

From allowing ourselves to feel what is asking to be felt.

As this full moon rises we set the intentions to create an inner home,

One built on compassion,

Honesty,

And emotional permission.

May this space be where you do not need to perform,

Protect,

Or people-please.

A space where your emotions are not problems to solve but messages to receive.

Today we honor what has been quietly growing beneath the surface.

We acknowledge the feelings,

Patterns,

And needs that are ready to come into the light.

Set the intention now,

Silently or out loud,

To release what no longer feels emotionally safe or aligned and to welcome in a deeper self-trust,

Self-soothing,

And self- belonging.

Let this full moon guide you back to yourself,

Back to your body,

Back to the truth of what you need.

As we move forward may you feel held by your breath,

By your intuition,

And by the steady knowing that you're allowed to take up space in your own emotional world.

Take one more slow breath here and feel the support beneath you.

As we close this practice know that the intentions you set do not need to be rushed or proven.

They're already held within you.

Carry this sense of emotional safety with you as you move through the rest of your day or night.

You can return to this inner home whenever you need.

May you continue to treat yourself with tenderness and may you trust your feelings are guiding you wisely.
