Namaste.
Welcome.
I'm truly grateful you have chosen to spend this time with me today.
Whether this is your morning walk.
Evening stroll or simply a few quiet moments you have created for yourself.
I'm glad you're here.
As we walk together.
There's nothing special you need to do.
Just walk naturally.
At your body.
Find its own rhythm.
There's no perfect paste.
No right way to do this.
Your wall.
Is your own.
And today.
I'm simply here to keep you company.
Sometimes the simplest moments become the ones that quietly brings us back to ourselves.
A walk like this may seem ordinary,
But when we become present with each step,
It slowly becomes something much deeper.
It becomes a conversation,
Not with the world,
But with ourselves.
And maybe.
.
.
That's a conversation we've been postponing for a while.
Life has a way to keep us moving.
From one conversation to another.
From one responsibility to the next.
From one notification to another.
Our calendars fill up.
Our minds fill up.
Our days pass by.
And before we know it,
Another week has gone.
Another month.
Sometimes we wind up.
Where did all that time go?
Not because we weren't leaving,
But because we were leaving on autopilot.
Always thinking about what comes next,
Rarely noticing what's happening now.
So,
Before we continue.
.
.
Simply become aware of where you are.
Notice the part beneath your feet.
Whether it's smooth.
Anyone.
Soft grass or a familiar road.
Feel how the ground supports every single step.
You don't have to look down,
Just notice this feeling.
One foot lifts,
The other gently lands without effort.
Without instruction,
Your body already knows how to walk.
It has known for years.
Now notice the air around you.
Is it cool?
One.
Still.
Or is there a gentle breeze brushing against your skin?
Maybe the breeze carries the scent of wet earth.
Fresh leaves,
Flowers or rain.
Perhaps it's simply fresh air filling your lungs.
Whatever you notice,
Let it be enough.
There is nothing you're supposed to experience.
Just notice.
Now allow your ears to become curious.
Listen without searching.
Maybe birds are singing somewhere nearby.
Maybe you hear leaves.
Dancing with the wind.
The sound of footsteps.
Distant conversations.
Fasting week.
Oh,
Perhaps.
There are moments of beautiful silence between the sounds.
Isn't it interesting?
That silence,
Isn't absence of sound?
Sometimes,
It's the space that allows us to hear life more clearly.
Take a slow,
Comfortable breath in through your nose.
And gently breathe out.
Again.
A soft breath in.
And a slow,
Relaxed breath out.
Beautiful!
Don't try to control your breathing.
Simply let it settle into its own natural rhythm.
Chest.
Ass your feet.
Have found their rhythm.
Your breath.
Will find.
Its own to.
Today.
Isn't about walking faster.
It isn't about counting your steps.
It isn't about reaching a destination.
For these few minutes.
Your only destination is this moment and this moment is already here.
Have you ever noticed how we are almost always walking towards something?
The office,
Home,
A meeting,
A phone call,
Even when we go for a walk,
We often think about where we will turn.
How long we will walk.
Or what we will do afterwards.
Our body keeps moving forward while our mind is already somewhere else.
But today What if we simply walked away?
Do what?
Not to achieve anything.
Not to solve anything,
Just to experience what it's like to be completely present.
As you continue walking,
Look around with fresh eyes.
Imagine you're seeing this place for the very first time.
Not the scholars you have overlooked before.
Different shades of green.
The texture of tree bark.
The shape of clouds.
The way sunlight filters through the leaves,
The little things we often miss.
Are usually the things.
That make a place beautiful.
Life is like that too.
Sometimes the biggest joys arrive quietly.
A smile from a stranger.
Cold breeze on a warm day.
A deep breath that reminds you I'm here.
Let's take another slow breath together.
Breathe in.
Feeling your chest gently expand.
And breathe out.
Allowing your shoulders to soften.
Notice if we have been carrying any tension.
Around your neck.
Your jaw.
Your forehead.
Your hands.
You don't need to force anything to relax.
Just becoming aware.
Is often enough for the body to begin letting go.
As we continue walking together.
Leave the rest of your day exactly where it is.
It will still be there later.
For now.
Allow yourself this small gift.
A few minutes.
Where you don't have to rush.
You don't have to respond.
You don't have to plan.
You don't have to be anywhere except here.
One breath,
One step.
One moment at a time.
Let's keep walking together.
