I am steady.

I am grounded.

My emotions are not my enemy.

They are my compass.

I do not drown in the storm.

I do not hand my peace away.

I am safe at all times.

I trust my heart.

I trust my intuition.

I know when to speak and I know when silence holds more power.

I am calm under pressure.

I hold my own no matter who's watching.

I can love without losing myself.

I make decisions from wisdom,

Not impulse.

I am compassionate,

I am in control of my emotions.
