Hello,

Welcome.

Today we're going to be working with the solar plexus chakra so it's the area about two inches above your navel the center just below your ribcage.

So just take a few moments here to close down our eyes.

Find your breath just where it's at.

No need to change it.

Big deep breath in.

Let it all go.

Let it all the old breath out.

Letting out any audible sounds.

Maybe closing down the eyes.

Paying close attention to the muscles in the jaw,

The neck.

Just letting that area soften and release.

You can place the tip of your tongue on the roof of your mouth just behind the front teeth and apply a slight amount of pressure there.

And just take a moment to see if your posture is leaning forward or slouched or collapsed in any way.

So a lot of the times I tend to find myself leaning forward and if I pay attention to just releasing down and back and pulling my heart forward a little bit my shoulders down and back.

Big deep breath and let it out.

Also internally in the hip areas you can pay attention to where your hips and your sacral chakra are.

So is it tilting forward or tucked under?

Maybe just finding some alignment there in your hips in your sacred bowl area.

So the movement is down and back.

I'm gonna bring our attention to the area just between the eyes and just let that area melt like honey down the sides of your face.

Releasing any entanglements you have with your energy outside of yourself is calling yourself back home.

So reeling your energy in on your in breath and resting on the out breath.

You I'm letting that attention drop deeper down down into the heart in the area in the back of your heart.

Taking a big deep breath in here really filling up that area behind the heart and release let the breath go.

You you beautiful I'm gonna take some time here to work with the energy in our solar plexus.

So now that we're here in body we can just maybe place your hand over the top of your solar plexus just really gently just checking in you can even place one hand over the heart and one hand on that area or the belly or maybe rub the belly around in circles clockwise.

Just tapping in how this energy center is feeling today.

What's coming up for you here?

You letting any thoughts images emotions just surface you always finding your way back to the breath you really just take a moment to listen to your body here what what is it telling you you how does the energy feel does it feel big and bright bold does it feel collapsed and inward tired does it feel somewhere in the middle of there how does this area of your body feel today right now you I want you to take a moment here to think of somebody really successful in your eyes and just take a moment to think about how they hold themselves in this area of their body do they do they hold their shoulders down and back and their heart and their solar plexus is forward or are the shoulders rounded inward and are they collapsed in this area just kind of playing with that maybe even in your own body so rolling the shoulders back on the in breath pulling the heart and the solar plexus forward and rolling the shoulders in and lapsing down on the out breath letting everything go pushing all the old stale breath out breathing in roll the shoulders back and down solar plexus out and let the breath out roll the shoulders back in maybe a slight tuck of the tailbone pelvic rocking just for a few breaths just playing with expansion and collapse it's funny how that's all living pretty harmoniously within your body just in your breath with awakening And you can relax from that practice if it feels good to take your hands off of your body and place them elsewhere you can do so.

Big deep breath in,

Reel your body in,

Your energy and rest on the out breath.

We'll take just a few moments to bring our energy down a little bit further into the sacral chakra.

Just on your in breath let the belly fill up and be round.

And let the breath go naturally.

Let's take a few breaths here just bringing your awareness down the body.

And into the root chakra.

And when you're ready and no sooner.

You can begin to flutter the eyes open.

Just letting the world meet you right where you're at today in this moment.
