Good morning beautiful soul and welcome to day six of confidence and personal power. I want to get started today with a gentle breathing exercise so make sure you find a comfortable space whether you're sitting or lying down whatever is best for you and when you're ready I want you to gently close your eyes now take a deep breath with me inhale and exhale now please bring your awareness down to your stomach we're starting here because this is where your solar plexus chakra is located and this is the center of personal power take a moment to focus in on this space feel this space inside of you because this is the source of your confidence your inner strength and your voice in the world now I want you to imagine that a bright warm golden light is glowing in your solar plexus and every time you inhale I want you to imagine that this light is growing brighter I want you to feel this energy expanding like the Sun it's warming every part of your body and it is fully carrying you this light carries your steadiness your courage and your quiet resilience as it gently pulses let it awaken your ability to trust yourself fully now I want you to repeat after me and like always you can do this silently in your mind or out loud whatever is most comfortable for you I trust myself fully my energy is strong I move through today with confidence and I want you to feel these words resonate within your body within every fiber of your being this light is your internal compass for calm for steady for unwavering confidence now I want you to allow this golden light to rise slowly through your chest through your spine and up through your throat let it infuse your voice your choices and your actions for the day ahead you are now connected to your inner power you are safe and you are fully capable now when you go throughout your day today I want you to remember this power inside of you and as we're focusing on this energy I want you to place an intention for your day something that supports what you truly want and I want you to stand behind it confidently whether it's finally asking for that race it could be standing your ground and standing up for yourself in a situation with other individuals whether it's friends or family maybe it's just having the confidence to say no to something that you don't prefer to do whatever it is I want you to take a moment and decide what this intention holds for you today now that you have this intention fully formed in your mind I want you to imagine going through the steps of actually executing this intention throughout your day I want you to focus on the feelings that you have feeling freedom feeling confidence feeling independent and strong within yourself and I want you to hold on to this feeling for just a moment fully visualize yourself taking action using this energy to its full ability now take one final deep breath with me through your nose and exhale through your mouth and carry this confidence with you today it's anchored inside your solar plexus it's ready to guide every step today and when you're ready you can gently open your eyes and when you're ready bringing this sense of personal power into your day thank you so much for joining me today on this journey if you've made it to day six with me I want to give you plenty of applause because you are so close to finishing your seven day journey taking time for yourself and really focusing on healing and resetting yourself is so important and I'm thankful that you are taking the time to do this may today be filled with confidence and power and may you be able to execute exactly what you want to happen I'm a teen star I'm sending you many blessings from this side of the mic have a wonderful day and a confident execution
