Welcome to this higher self meditation.
You're going to put your hands over your heart.
We're going to focus in on the energy that's there just to ground our body.
Consider an anchoring energy,
An anchoring light.
Not an anchor,
But an anchoring light.
Something strong grounding you to the earth.
Whatever that looks like,
A waterfall,
Whatever,
Whatever that looks like for you.
Now that we're anchored to the earth and our hands are on our heart,
I want you to visualize a door,
A beautiful door.
And when you open the door,
There's going to be a set of two stairs.
There's going to be a landing and a set of two stairs.
One set goes up and one set goes down.
At this point,
You're going to visualize your body resting,
Going down.
Down the stairs is a nice bed for your body to relax.
Going up the stairs,
We're going to meet with our higher selves.
When I count,
Your body is going to go down the stairs and you are going to go up the stairs.
I'm going to go from 10.
When I count and you're taking those steps,
I want your body to start to relax.
At each number,
I go down.
I want you to go up the stairs and with every step you take going up to connect more and more with your higher self.

Body is relaxing,
Going down the stairs,
Looking forward to rest.

Breathing up the stairs,
Looking forward to connecting.

Now see the bed,
Looks so soft.
Body is relaxing deeper and deeper.

And see the light.
Breathing in the connection to your higher self.

See the color of the sheets and the softness of the pillows.

You can see your higher self glowing in the distance,
Breathing in the air,
Seeing the space that your higher self is in.

You can almost touch the bed.
Your body is relaxing more and more.

You see that your higher self looks exactly like you as you get closer and closer,
Breathing in more of that connectedness.

You're laying in that bed.
Your body is resting,
Snuggled up with the pillows,
Blanket all cozy.
Body is at rest.
Now you can fully see your higher self.
What does your higher self look like?
It looks exactly like you,
But what's different?
What's the same?
What's around in this space that you're in with your higher self?
How relaxed does your body feel?

Breathe in and breathe out.
With one hand on your heart,
Reach out your other hand to hold the hand of your higher self and breathe in that connection.

Now your higher self may speak in words or in any language that you understand together.
It just might be in the connection of your hand.
Ask your higher self a question.

Take two deep breaths.
In and out.
And on the third one,
Hold it.
Listening.
Now ask your higher self,
Is there anything that they want to tell you?
Let's do this again.
Two deep breaths,
The last one,
The third one we're going to hold.
What are some of the feelings you're having in this space with your higher self?
And how does your body feel in this moment?
Deepen the relaxation.
Two deep breaths in and two deep breaths out.
Feeling up your body,
Come over here.
Now we're going to come back together.
We're going to walk.
Our bodies are going to walk up the stairs and you are going to walk down the stairs and we're going to meet and come back together at the landing.
One,
You're getting out of bed.
Put your feet on the floor,
Shake your fingers.
And give your higher self a hug too.
And in that hug,
Your higher self merges in with you and you put your other hand back on your heart.
Three,
Put your first step foot on the stair going back up.
Four,
You put your first foot on the stair going back down.
Five,
You're halfway up.
Your body's halfway up.
Six,
You are halfway down.
Seven,
Both take a big deep breath in.
Exhale,
Eight,
Nine,
You see each other.
Ten,
You are fully together and you open the door.
