In this meditation, you’ll use two of the sense doors, hearing and feeling, to widen and steady your awareness. Sounds and bodily sensations are always arriving, which makes them reliable anchors for noticing what’s here as it happens. As you listen and feel, you’ll explore wise perception: seeing experience as it is, without sorting it into good or bad, like or dislike. You may notice the mind’s quick tendency to prefer or push away, and how much more spacious things become when you let sounds and sensations simply be what they are. Nothing needs to be improved or removed. Suitable for newer and experienced meditators alike.
