Welcome beloved.

This is a meditation to come back to your own inner shoreline,

To return to the sanctuary within,

To create space between your emotions and the world's.

You can close your eyes and breathe gently.

Begin by imagining yourself as a seashell.

Beautiful,

Soft,

Sacred.

Delicate but strong.

You are allowed to be soft.

You are allowed to be selective with your energy.

Your inner world is tender,

Wise and deep and you deserve to protect it with love.

Visualise a soft glowing light forming a bubble around your body.

It may be golden,

Silver,

Rose coloured.

This is your emotional boundary.

It's not a wall,

It's a filter.

It lets love in and lets heaviness out.

What's yours can stay.

What's not yours flows gently away.

Breathe in your own energy.

Exhale anything that doesn't belong to you.

Again,

Breathe you in.

Breathe out the world.

You might see cords releasing.

Energy returning.

Your own frequency becoming clearer.

Lighter.

Now say to yourself,

I am safe to feel deeply.

I can hold my emotions without carrying the world's.

I protect my softness with love.

Feel your energy return to your body.

Back into your belly.

Your chest.

Your heart.

Come home to your own vibration.

Your own rhythm.

Stay in this glowing shell for a few moments.

Breathing.

Resting.

Remembering your sovereignty.

When you feel complete,

Gently return.

More whole.

More held.

More you.
