Journey Into the Subconscious is a deeply immersive guided meditation that takes you into the hidden realms of the subconscious mind. Beginning on a tranquil beach in the West of Ireland, you’ll travel through a corridor of golden light into a vast amphitheatre where every “seat” represents a thought, memory, or experience from your life. As you ascend through these memories, you’ll journey back into the womb of creation before finally transcending into the infinite consciousness beyond thought. Accompanied by powerful binaural beats that guide your brainwaves from 13hz down to 4hz, this meditation supports deep relaxation, healing, clarity, and awakening. In the final stage, you’ll enter a highly receptive theta brainwave state, where you’ll be guided to plant seeds of intention — visualising your goals, dreams, and desired future in the fertile soil of universal consciousness. Perfect for manifestation, mindfulness, sleep meditation, and profound inner exploration.

Welcome to this Food for the Soul guided meditation experience.

I'd like you to accompany me on a journey where your mind and your body will completely dissolve,

Where you'll explore memories buried deep in your own subconscious,

Where you'll plant wonderful new seeds in the fertile soil of the infinite mind and which in time will help to transform your life as you know it today.

I'll be your guide the entire way through this experience and you'll need do nothing but just listen to the sound of my voice and visualize in as much detail as you can the rich images we'll be painting together upon the stage of your consciousness.

If you enjoy this journey then please share it with friends and family.

If you're ready I'd like you to find a nice comfortable chair and take a seat.

Settle yourself in an upright position,

Fix your clothes,

Move the cushions,

Do whatever it takes to find that perfect position where you're fully supported all around.

Now take a really deep breath in and hold it for five seconds and let it out slowly.

Relax completely and close your eyes.

We begin our journey on Ross Bay Beach,

County Kerry,

Here in Ireland.

It's one of the world's most beautiful beaches.

I want you to imagine that you're sitting on a very comfortable deck chair on the sand by the sea.

It's a lovely warm day,

Not hot,

It's just pleasantly warm on your skin,

Plenty of vitamin D and there's a nice gentle breeze blowing in off the water.

The sky is blue apart from a few puffy little white clouds dotting here and there.

You're wearing a light t-shirt and a loose pair of shorts.

Your feet are bare and they're resting comfortably there on the sand.

You dig your toes in and you feel the soft powder under your skin,

Pleasantly warm to the touch.

Now I want you to notice the tension in your body as you sit there.

It's a natural electrical tension that's stored at different levels in your various muscles.

It's always present in the body's awakened state.

In your mind,

I'd like you to look down to your left and there on the sand is standing a large clear plastic bottle filled to the very top with water.

One of those half-gallon two-liter bottles,

Very tall and narrow.

This particular bottle has a small hole located on the bottom and you can see the water level dropping lower and lower inside as the water slowly leaks out and seeps down into the sand.

Now I want you to imagine the tension in your body following that water.

See yourself as you sit there comfortably in your chair on the beach and feel the tension start to flow away,

Down,

Down through your body,

Seeping out through your toes and into the sand below and just like the water level line in the bottle,

See the tension line on your own body,

A faint red tension line,

Slowly but uniformly dropping downward from your forehead,

Moving down under your eyes and your nose,

Down,

Down,

Pushing the tension down slowly past your chin,

Slowly dropping down your neck.

Feel your muscles relaxing completely as this faint line passes over and the tension seeps away,

Falling,

Falling now down past your chest,

Into your stomach,

That visible red tension line dropping slowly,

Creeping lower and lower down your body,

Dissolving all tension in its path.

You see the bottle on your left,

The water line now halfway down,

Exactly mirroring your tension line perfectly,

Water and tension slowly creeping into the sand as your body relaxes to its deepest levels,

As all tension melts away.

Now down past your hips,

Down into your thighs,

See the line,

Little faint red line,

All tension just melting away,

The line now down past your knees,

Dropping slowly,

Creeping down your calves,

Into your ankles,

Your body now reaching a state of complete and utter relaxation,

The muscles turning to jelly almost,

As all tension melts away into the sand below,

And you look down at the bottle and see the last few drops of water flow out through the hole,

As the last tension seeps out through your toes,

And your body now bathes in perfect relaxation,

Perfect utter relaxation,

And all the while you're breathing in deeply,

Holding each breath just a few seconds longer,

And letting it out slowly,

Slowly,

Listening to my voice and that pleasant binaural resonance in the background,

Which is descending almost imperceptibly,

Locking onto your brainwaves,

Bringing them down ever so slowly from Alpha into a deep,

Deep Theta state,

And as you sit there,

Now relaxing completely in your chair,

You gaze out upon the beach,

And it's a beautiful sight to behold,

Truly magnificent.

You look off to the right and see the beach,

Stretching away into the distance under the warm blue sky,

For a mile or even a couple of kilometers,

Curving slightly as it winds out of sight behind the high dunes.

Now you gaze to your left and you can see the car park in the distance,

Perhaps 500 meters away,

And it's amazing because there's hardly anybody around,

Just a few people in the distance up near the cars.

You essentially have the beach completely to yourself.

The tide is out and you can see that it's starting to come back in.

It's a wide beach,

The water is perhaps 50 yards out,

A gentle breeze blowing in and warming your body,

And as you gaze out across this beautiful vista,

Your body and mind descending into complete relaxation,

You notice a dark colored ball sitting on the sand away over to your right,

Quite close to the waterline,

And you're surprised because you don't recall seeing anything there earlier,

And there are no other people nearby.

A strange,

Perfectly round ball,

Just sitting there on the sand,

In the distance.

Of course you're very curious,

And so you slowly rise from your chair and begin to walk toward the ball,

The sand nice and warm beneath your bare feet,

Kicking up little puffs of powder as you go.

As you draw closer,

You begin to realize that it's considerably larger than what you'd first imagined.

Perhaps ten feet tall,

Around three meters in diameter,

And its dark color is not so dark at all,

Its surface shimmering exquisitely,

With all manner of beautiful colors and hues,

And as you approach this curious object,

You begin to feel a wonderful energy resonating from its surface,

Almost as if it were alive.

So you walk slowly all around this magnificent sphere,

Studying it carefully from every angle,

Completely transfixed at its strange beauty,

And as you stand there,

Absorbing this extraordinary vision,

A large door slides open silently before you,

And it's a because you hadn't seen a door or any opening on the sphere earlier.

Now you can see inside,

It's beautifully ambient and inviting,

It feels perfectly safe and harmonious.

So you take a couple of steps forward and enter the sphere,

The door closes softly behind you.

Now that you're inside,

You can see that there are windows all around,

Large windows,

Each perhaps five feet tall,

Running the entire way around the circumference and giving a full 360 degree view of the outside.

Again you're surprised,

Because you hadn't noticed any windows earlier,

And as you gaze out through these windows,

Onto the beach,

You begin to see people,

Lots and lots of people,

Hundreds of people in fact,

With curious blank expressions,

All coming toward the sphere,

Approaching with their arms outstretched.

And you're really surprised about this,

Because there were definitely no people on the beach earlier.

These people,

They approach the windows,

Pressing their palms onto the glass,

Trying to get in.

Hundreds of people surrounding the sphere,

You can see them pushing and pressing,

Clamoring,

Trying to get inside.

But as you look more closely,

You realize they're not people at all,

They're actually your own thoughts,

All those little thoughts that usually fill your head during every waking moment,

The often negative,

Often troubling,

Usually pointless thoughts you allow to fill your mind each day,

And that build stress levels subconsciously,

Usually bringing worry and doubt.

And you suddenly realize that they're out there and can't get in,

That your mind is now completely free and clear of all or any thought,

As you stand here inside this magnificent space,

That the only thing in your mind right now is the sound of my voice,

And that soothing resonance,

Which is now fully entrained with your brainwaves,

Bringing them down into deep,

Deep relaxed theta,

And suspending you just above a sleeping state.

Your mind now completely free of all thoughts at last,

And as you stand here in this detached state of mind,

Safely observing your thoughts at a distance,

As they remain outside the windows,

You see over to your right the entrance to a corridor,

And again you're surprised because you hadn't seen this doorway earlier,

It's like it's just suddenly appeared,

And so you turn and begin to walk down this corridor,

The surface under your bare feet nice and soft and warm to the touch,

And this corridor is long and narrow,

Very much like an airplane cabin that you might have walked through,

But with much taller wider windows all along both sides,

And as you walk you see your thoughts trying to follow outside,

Pressing themselves up against the glass as they try unsuccessfully to get back into your mind,

And with each passing step your thoughts slowly begin to fade away,

And the further you move down this corridor,

The less and fewer they become,

Until eventually your thoughts are no more,

You leave them completely behind as you walk onward in this deeply soothing corridor,

Your mind free,

Your body relaxed completely,

And as you progress forward you look down and see that there's a golden mist beginning to form on the floor,

Swirling and weaving under your feet like some richly colored mystical river,

And with each step you take the mist becomes deeper and deeper,

And you begin to realize that as your feet disappear into this swirling golden substance,

It relaxes them so deeply that it's almost as if they become detached from your body,

And you lose all awareness and sensation in them,

You know they're still there and doing their job supporting your body,

It's almost that they're becoming one with this golden light and dissolving into it completely,

And as you continue forward this golden mist becomes deeper and deeper,

Swirling up around your ankles and your calves,

Dissolving them,

Taking away all sensation so that you feel as if you're simply floating along the ground,

Now the golden mist rises above your knees,

Climbing up your thighs,

Up to your hips,

All tension and sensation dissolving in the legs as your body sinks deeper and deeper into this river of light,

Floating across this magical corridor,

Relaxed like never before,

Further and further you go,

The golden light now up to your stomach,

Rising up to your solar plexus and your heart,

Dissolving all sensations in the body below as it rises slowly upward,

And you know that everything is still functioning safely as your body drifts off into this glorious sleep state,

Higher and higher the golden mist rises,

Now covering your arms,

Rising upward to the shoulders,

Melting all sensation away as your body evaporates and becomes at one with this golden light,

Now it climbs to your neck,

Up past your chin,

The golden light filling that little gap between your teeth,

Soothing,

Melting,

Dissolving all feelings,

Tensions and sensations in your body as you immerse deeper and deeper,

Now it climbs up past your nose and your ears,

Up to your eyes,

Filling your entire world with a beautiful soothing golden light,

As your body now completely dissolves,

Merging with your mind as you become a speck of pure consciousness in the zero-point field,

Moving forward through this corridor,

Except there is no forward or backward,

No up nor down in this infinite state of mind you're experiencing through the illusion of time and space,

For you are now everywhere and nowhere at the same time,

There is no tomorrow,

No yesterday,

No future,

No past,

Only this very moment,

Only the now,

And so it is you find yourself leaving the corridor which finally opens out onto a large stage,

The lights are low,

You're aware of seats,

Thousands,

Perhaps millions of seats all around,

Like the largest concert stadium the world has ever seen,

Seats and seats and seats,

Ascending into the distance all around in one seemingly never-ending circle,

Extending back as far as the eye can see,

Touching the skyline,

And the seats are all filled with people,

Millions and millions of people,

All hushed quiet,

All watching you,

This point of consciousness that you are in the center of the stage,

Except when you look closer you now see that they're not people at all,

But complete snapshots of your life,

You realize that you're looking out into the deep vista of your subconscious mind from the stage of your own consciousness,

And that it has stored each and every single instance of your life,

From the very moment of your birth,

And these are all now sitting there before you,

Set out like little 3D movies and images in this amphitheater of your mind,

Millions and millions,

Perhaps billions of these snapshots that represent your entire life,

And as you gaze out across the seats extending before you,

You notice that some are glowing more brightly than others,

Like little candles dotted here and there in the darkness,

And you immediately recognize these as memorable moments in your life that have brought pleasure,

Joy,

And happiness,

At the same time you notice other seats which are not so bright and appear to linger there in the dim light,

And you recognize these as past experiences and events which do not bring such good feelings or emotions,

And so you descend from the stage and begin to move slowly upward through one of the many aisles that run between the seats to go explore further,

You look to your left and you can see events and life experiences that occurred only yesterday,

There you are eating your lunch,

A normal day,

A few seats further across,

Here you are chatting with a colleague,

And as you move back through the seat rows,

You observe that the movies appear to become older under the illusion of time,

You see a particularly memorable Christmas from five years ago in all its full color and splendor,

You gaze across in the distance and you see your first kiss,

The scene glowing very brightly,

Feeling all the sensations of that special experience once again,

As if it were happening now,

In this very moment,

And there close by,

Your last day at school,

All vividly captured in full color and sound,

And stored for eternity in the holographic space of your mind,

You move further back,

Ascending upward and gazing across the seats as you go,

And here you are,

Now just 15 years old,

Attending to some homework,

You see your 15 year old self and smile at the simplicity of your life,

Amused now at how you worried and fussed about the trivial matter of homework,

Or some other chore you had to attend to,

How important it seemed then,

And how irrelevant it all seems now,

In the overall context of life,

Your time rented out to the future,

For some worries and troubles that never came to pass,

And now here you are,

Just 9 years old,

A purely innocent child,

Running and laughing freely with your friends,

Not a worry or burden in your uncluttered mind,

Younger and younger you become,

As you ascend through the seat rows,

In this illusion of time and space,

All faithfully stored and captured forever in your subconscious mind,

And there you are,

A very young child now,

Perhaps 4 or 5,

Attending your very first day at school,

A very brightly glowing snapshot indeed,

A little child with such an amazing future ahead,

Yet so anxious at this dramatic change in life and surroundings,

If only this little child could see the life to come,

The billions of individual experiences layered down,

Both enriching yet cluttering their young mind along the way,

Stealing its pure innocence,

And so often replacing it with worry and self-doubt,

Never fully appreciating that you arrived to this world with the intention to simply love and be happy,

That you alone are responsible for all feelings and emotions experienced,

That you alone are the only one who gets to decide what thoughts and images you allow onto the stage that is your conscious mind,

That this great trickster will try its best to always fill that stage with images and thoughts of worry,

Lack and woe,

But that these can be instantly replaced with thoughts of riches,

Abundance and love,

Through the simple power of conscious intention,

And through the practice of awareness,

Where you consciously decide what to allow onto that stage,

Just as you're doing right now,

Painting these images as you listen to my voice,

And here you are,

Now just 9 months old,

Not a worry or concern in the world,

Your day spent eating,

Sleeping,

Crawling,

See yourself as that tiny child,

It's still you,

The same you as now,

But with your mind completely free of burden or thought,

As you soak in all the strange new shapes,

Colors and sounds,

Deeper and deeper into the rose you ascend,

Nearing the skyline now,

You turn and look back,

Out across this wide expanse of your subconscious,

Absorbing once again the layers and layers of rich images and experiences that make up your life,

And which now stretch out before you,

Those images and experiences that have created your personality and made you the you that you are,

And now here you are,

The seat glowing brightest of all,

Almost like a star,

The very point of your birth,

Captured forever,

Your arrival to this world,

The most memorable moment of all,

A tiny precious thing,

Utterly pure and perfect,

No thoughts,

No awareness of mind,

Simply beautiful in every way,

And still you climb,

Upward to the very back row now,

And there you are,

Inside your mother's womb,

The point at which the very last cell has formed,

Powering on your mind and connecting you at last,

To the infinite consciousness for the very first time,

Just like a radio has thousands of individual parts,

There is always that one last piece which needs to be clicked into place,

To allow it power up and connect to the music that's always there surrounding it,

The infinite consciousness is always there too,

Connected to everything,

Every object,

Every body,

Permeating all in the illusion of space and time,

Connected to everything and leaving everything connected,

We are all like little apples on a tree,

The apple appears separate to the tree,

Yet remains a part of it and a part of all the other apples,

Like a tiny drop of water,

Separate yet part of the entire ocean,

Just like ourselves,

We are all spiritual beings,

Experiencing the illusion of reality through these physical bodies that we perceive as solid separate things,

And of course they're neither solid nor separate at all,

They enfold from the infinite yet remain completely attached,

For we are all connected,

You are me,

I am you,

There is no separation other than conscious mind,

It's all just an illusion,

A product of the five senses,

Creating a so-called reality that we call out there,

But which always takes place deep inside our head,

A very convincing illusion indeed,

Perpetrated completely in your mind,

Yet no more real than the dream you have as you sleep,

Which takes place while all five senses are completely at rest,

And so here you find yourself at the moment of your very first conscious awareness,

On the outermost row and standing at the very edge of your subconscious mind,

Where it merges with the universal mind,

The divine,

Where your mind meets and joins with the thing,

Where time and space cease to exist,

And you become at one with God,

And now you step forward and release yourself into this infinite space,

Turning and watching your subconscious mind float away into the distance,

Feeling yourself ascending upward as you dissolve completely into infinity,

Becoming everything and nothing,

Occupying the past,

Present and future,

All time and space compressing into one infinitely large and small point,

Becoming clear at last that you are God and God is you,

Understanding that the true purpose of your life is love,

And it's here in this infinite space that all those things which eventually make their way into your physical reality take their first shape,

It's here where your intuition originates,

Where those little flashes of inspiration you have while in the shower or out walking descend from like little bolts of lightning,

It's here where the seeds of all those things that you seek in your life first begin to germinate,

And so as you expand into this infinite consciousness,

I want you to begin planting your seeds,

Be careful now what you wish for,

Because the soil in this infinite consciousness is very fertile indeed,

And what you plant and visualize with emotion here will always,

Always arrive into your physical world,

Be in no doubt about this,

And it is vital that you see everything as already having come to pass,

Everything should be seen in its present tense as already occurring,

As a rich,

Colorful play with you as the main character,

Feel the emotions of joy and happiness and security as you paint these vivid pictures,

Playing these colorful movies in your mind,

Knowing that the infinite consciousness doesn't differentiate whether you ask for a needle or castle,

That whatever seed you plant here in this fertile soil with conviction and unwavering belief will absolutely materialize in your physical reality at the right time,

And just like a farmer won't dig up a seed he planted last week to see why it hasn't yet sprouted,

Don't be impatiently asking where's my stuff every day,

Your ship will always come in under calm seas,

Have belief and conviction,

And always ensure to act on your intuition,

Remembering that as within,

So without.

It's now time for me to end and to let you go and plant your seeds,

Whether it's a new house,

A new partner,

A business,

Health,

Success in sport,

Happiness,

Love,

Confidence,

Whatever it is you seek,

Remember that imagining creates reality,

So always paint your pictures clearly and in the present tense as already having come to pass,

Plant your seeds deeply here in the fertile soil of the infinite mind,

They will all surely grow and you will indeed get to experience the exact life that you are picturing,

Of this there is no doubt.

Remember,

We don't see reality as it is,

We see reality as we are,

And we participate in its creation through the thoughts and emotions that fill our minds day to day,

So make sure that those thoughts which you hold on the stage of your conscious always align with the life that you aspire to lead,

When you start to identify with your imagination and not your senses,

Wonderful things will begin to happen.

The binaural resonance will remain playing in the background,

To help keep your brainwaves entrained into deep theta as you continue to explore the universal mind and plant your seeds,

Exploring your mind more deeply with each session,

And taking full control of your thoughts as you're doing here,

Will enrich your day to day life in more ways than you could ever imagine.

I'll see you soon.
