It is time to let go now.
You are here.
You have arrived.
Take a deep breath in.
And a long exhale out.
Take two more of these breaths.
Imagine now the space that you're in.
Lying down on the floor.
Or a mat.
And say to yourself.
I am here now.
Thank you for joining me,
Julia King.
With Rest and Reset Studio.
We are here to cleanse and clear.
With Yoga Nidra,
Chakra healing.
Each chakra represents a different emotional state or attachment.
And we can hold on.
To these different states and attachments.
In order to allow some more freedom to be ourselves.
Clearing these states and becoming aware of them is an important process.
Take this opportunity.
To allow yourself to receive.
You have nothing to do.
Nowhere to go.
But receive this chakra cleanse.
This yoga nidra.
Now.
Check in with your heart.
Ask your heart.
What is my deepest desire?
Listen.
Whatever your desire might be.
Create a phrase.
That confirms that it has already happened.
Such as.
.
.
I move through each day.
With peace.
And groundedness.
And repeat that.
Three times.
Now feel your throat.
Be aware of each fingertip.
Don't move them.
Feel all ten fingers.
Feel both palms.
Feel right palm.
Left palm.
Both palms,
Electric and alive.
Imagine your lower arms leading up to your upper arms and throat.
Feeling the connection from throat to palms and fingers,
Soft,
Opening.
And receiving.
Now feel.
Your breath coming in and out of your nose.
Aware of your lips.
Aware of the whole inside of your mouth.
Inner cheeks,
Tongue.
Whole inside.
And imagine.
Your ears.
The hearing in both ears.
Notice the top of your head,
Your crown.
And feel the sides of your head.
Notice the back of your head.
Curve of your neck.
Shoulders that lead down to the fingertips again.
Aware of your shoulder blades.
And you're back.
Your whole back.
Noticing the softness of your belly.
Maybe some warmth in your belly.
Up to your chest.
Notice your whole torso.
Resting.
Heavy.
Awareness glides down to your buttocks.
The sides of your hips.
Front of your hips.
Your pelvis.
Like a glowing bowl of light.
Open.
And free.
Feel your head torso and pelvis connected.
Your fingers and arms alive.
Aware of your legs.
Upper legs.
The top of your thighs.
Behind your thighs.
Feel the thighs like tubes,
Open tubes.
And free.
Noticing the passage of your knees.
To your shins.
And calves.
Lower legs.
Fall.
Open.
Gliding down through the passage of your ankles.
To your resting feet.
Your glimmering toes.
All ten toes.
Notice the soles of your feet.
Your heels.
Heels that touch the ground.
Whole body pulsing.
With awareness.
And light.
When you inhale.
Imagine your whole body rising.
Rising up to the ceiling.
So high.
Maybe through the roof to the sky.
Floating.
Now imagine your exhale sends you gently down.
To the ground.
So heavy and settling.
On your inhale,
Feel your body rise.
Gently rising high.
On your exhale,
Feel your body settling.
Grounding.
Mel did.
With each inhale,
You rise and float.
With each exhale,
You sink and settle.
Go back and forth from rising.
To thinking.
With your breath.
At your own pace.
With each inhale.
Imagine your body expanding.
Molecules going wider Spreading out your energy On your exhale,
Bring in the feeling of compactness.
SMALLER tight and condensed.
Your inhales bring expansion,
Openness,
Continuity into all directions.
Your exhales bring everything close together.
And condensed.
Your inhales are expansion.
Your exhales are a contraction.
Go back and forth with your own breath at your own pace.
Imagine the feeling of holding tight.
Tents.
Feel the feeling of tenseness.
In your being.
Now feel the feeling of releasing.
And surrender.
Letting go.
The feeling of a sigh.
Now feel the feeling of holding,
Squeezing in your tenseness,
Tense energy.
Imagine now the feeling.
Of a deep release.
Go back and forth.
From tension.
To release.
At your own pace.
Now,
Feel both.
At the same time.
Imagine the feeling of being so heavy,
You cannot move,
So heavy.
You are here and going nowhere.
Now imagine the feeling of lightness,
Floatiness.
You could dart anywhere you want.
So light.
Now imagine the feeling of heaviness again.
Feel thickness,
Heaviness.
And now,
Lightness.
Floatiness.
Go back and forth from heavy to light.
At your own pace.
Now,
Try feeling both at the same time.
Imagine the images I mention.
And if you can't?
That is also okay.
Fire burning in a cave.
Orange carnations.
A burning yellow sun.
Trees green and blowing in the wind.
Blue Sky.
Glistening white of a waterfall.
Moonlight Shining.
A cascade of lavender hills.
We are going on a journey.
Don't be attached to visualizing or not.
And just be.
Here you are.
The moon is shining bright.
And notice.
That around you.
Is soft grass where you are sitting.
Notice the weight of your body.
Heavy where it presses down.
Light where it lifts away.
Feel the contrast here between effort and ease.
Parts of you are grounded.
Parts of you are lifted.
And now you look ahead in this moonlit night.
And you see a glistening silver gate.
You decide to get up.
And walk towards the gate.
You feel confident in your choice to continue in this direction.
The moon is full and high,
Washing everything in silver light.
The air is cool against your skin as you walk,
And your feet,
Feeling every little blade of grass as comforting and cool.
As you approach the gate.
It opens easily at your touch.
And closes gently.
Behind you.
You've arrived somewhere quiet.
A garden.
And here you know,
This garden is yours.
Just inside the gate,
Low to the ground,
You see deep red roses.
Full and heavy-headed.
There are petals so dark and so bright in the moonlight.
They look almost maroon at the center.
You kneel down to be near them.
The earth beneath your knees is soft and cool.
You feel yourself low to the ground,
Supported.
Anchored.
Held by something solid beneath you.
You feel a slow warmth gathering at the base of your spine.
With Daddy.
Quiet.
And the feeling of belonging here.
The feeling of being safe in your own body.
You smell the scent of the rose and breathe it in.
And on the exhale,
Your body just grows more at peace and heavier.
You rise and follow the curving path.
On either side of you,
Orange marigolds bloom in soft clusters.
Their faces open.
Warm even at night.
You let your fingertips brush them as you pass.
Feel a gentle warmth in your lower belly,
Just below your navel.
Like a small flame.
But not burning.
Easy.
Fluid.
The feeling of softness returning to a place that often holds tension,
Now releasing.
Your hips loosen.
Your low back releases.
Whatever you've been carrying.
Begins to melt.
The path opens into a small clearing where tall sunflowers stand in a circle.
Tonight,
They're turned toward the moon instead of the sun.
Their golden faces glowing faintly.
You stand in the center of them.
They're taller than you are.
Feel a warm,
Steady light at the center of your upper belly.
Just above the navel.
Not hot.
Golden.
Confident.
The feeling of being your own quiet source of power.
Your shoulders drop.
Your jaw softens.
You stand a little taller.
Effortlessly.
Beyond the sunflowers,
You find a low stone bench surrounded by pink peonies.
Heavy,
Lush.
Almost spilling over themselves.
Also in a bed of bright,
Vibrant ferns.
You sit.
The stone is cool beneath you.
The peonies are at heart height on either side.
The ferns gently supporting them.
Feel a soft opening across your chest.
A widening between the shoulder blades.
The feeling of room,
Actual room.
Inside your ribcage.
Warmth blooms here.
The feeling of being met.
Of being loved without having to earn it.
Breathe into the space,
Let it expand.
On its own.
You rise from the bench.
And the path leads you past full round clusters of blue hydrangeas They glow pale in the moonlight.
Almost lit from within.
Feel a coolness at the front of your throat,
A clearing,
The feeling of space where there used to be a held breath.
An unsaid word.
A swallowed feeling.
Your jaw releases.
Your tongue softens away from the roof of your mouth.
Your throat feels open,
Smooth,
And unbothered.
A little further on,
You come to tall purple irises,
Standing like quiet sentinels along the path.
Their petals are velvety,
Deep,
The color of the sky just before true night.
You stop in front of them.
Feel a sense of pressure between your eyebrows.
Not heavy.
Settling.
Like something inside you is finally being still enough to see clearly.
Behind your closed eyes,
The darkness deepens,
The mental chatter quiets,
The feeling of inner stillness,
Of knowing without having to think.
At the end of the garden you find an archway,
Draped in white lilies and lavender wisteria.
The fragrance is everywhere.
Soft,
Sweet,
And alive.
You stand beneath the archway.
The moon is directly above you.
And you feel a lightness at the top of your head,
A softening of the boundary between you and the moonlight above.
The feeling of being held by something much larger than yourself.
A quiet shimmer moves down through your whole body.
From crown to root.
Silvering every energy center you just visited.
Rest here.
Held by the garden.
Held by the moon.
And your own soft,
Restored being.
Remind yourself now.
Of the statement.
You came up with at the beginning.
Perhaps.
It was I move through each day.
With peace.
And groundedness.
And repeat that.
Three times.
You can choose to stay in the garden to continue to rest.
Or begin to deepen your breath.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
And when it feels right.
Gently open your eyes into a new moment.
I do have other yoga nidras of varying lengths.
And also some chakra cleanses.
As well.
If you would like to be notified.
As to when a new one comes out.
If this session supported you,
You're welcome to return to it anytime.
Many people find that repeat listens deepen the effect.
And help the nervous system settle.
More easily over time.
And if you'd like to support my work,
Donations are always appreciated.
They help me continue creating these sessions for you.
Most of all,
Thank you for taking this time for yourself.
Thank you for joining me,
