And we're gonna do that one more time,

Breathing in through the nose,

Hold it at the top,

Hold it at the top and let it out through the mouth with the mmm.

And letting your breath return to its own natural rhythm,

Letting your shoulders just relax and be feeling the distance between your head and your shoulders as your neck strengthens and your jaw relaxes.

Imagining now you've got a strong spine,

Feeling each vertebrae,

Vertebrae by vertebrae lining up in perfect alignment,

Feeling that strong spine,

Feeling held,

Feeling yourself supporting yourself,

Holding yourself,

But also being held by the divine and feeling now a soft front surface.

So imagining the front of your body just melting.

So you're feeling that strong spine and that soft front surface,

The perfect union between our masculine and feminine with that strong spine and that soft front surface.

Letting our shoulders drop and bringing to mind.

You can feel,

Sense or imagine a wand at the base of your womb and this wand is radiating light with every natural breath,

Every effortless breath that you take.

And with every breath you feel this magical wand,

This light radiating as you bring to mind something that brings you absolute pleasure.

It might be piece of chocolate,

Might be a glass of champagne,

Might be some panna ice cream,

Might be a passionate kiss with a lover,

Whatever it is.

Feel that internal deep quiet arousal,

That pleasure at the base of your womb and that light decadently oozes out throughout your entire body.

So you're feeling your entire body now with this decadent energy,

And as you just feel this,

Allowing yourself to feel the cosmos around you,

So you're at one with the universal one mind,

And you reside in the womb of the cosmos.

And we're just going to take a moment here and just feel yourself melt into it,

Feeling your nervous system melt,

Feeling your body melt,

Your mind melt,

And you feel absolute oneness and it feels amazing.

As you begin to feel this oneness with the universal one mind,

You see in front of you,

The stairwell that goes upwards.

Step by step,

You make your way up these stairs in the cosmos and you feel safe and held and supported in this frequency that just feels divine.

This illuminating from the base of your womb,

Trusting your creation as you make your way up the stairs,

And you begin to count the stairs as you go up.

Six,

Seven,

Eight,

Nine,

Eleven.

You reach the landing and at the top of this landing,

There's a secret door that you know only you have an invitation to,

And you peel back this veil and you walk through it and you come out into a beautiful field,

A meadow.

You can feel the golden sun on your back,

The blue sky,

Fluffy clouds.

As you walk across this meadow surrounded in these sunflowers,

You walk through feeling the leaves,

The stems on your fingertips,

Feeling the magic that's available when you stand tall like these sunflowers.

Get off the magic that's behind the veil of the cosmos,

You come to an opening and you look around,

Circles within circles,

Within circles,

Within circles,

And they feel you walking and just in your presence,

They make a path for you and they look at you with absolute reverence and you look around and you begin to realize they are your soul family,

They are people who you know,

Who you don't know,

Who you're yet to know.

They are your guides,

Your goddesses,

Your deities that are with you in this journey.

You feel this open love,

This radiance as you walk in to the center of this circle and you notice on the inner circle there are children,

There are children who are free,

Who are open,

Who are sovereign,

And you breathe in a sigh of relief just of gratitude knowing that you are supported by every link in the chain,

Every generation and all those souls who are yet to come,

Those deities that are as ancient as you are and you begin to feel the blood that's running through your veins as you feel and see.

You notice that your hand is bleeding,

Doesn't hurt,

You hold out your hand and the blood drips to the ground and you see this red blood that's rich,

It feels alive in your body,

It feels magical and it drips on the ground and it starts a fire and this blood,

This supernatural thread ripples out into all those people who are surrounding you,

Those circles within circles within circles within circles that are here for you.

They have reverence for you and as the blood reaches their feet they go down on their knees and they bow their head to the ground and you look around in wonder,

In awe and this fire gently burns in the center of you.

And you begin to see from the fire shakti emerge and you feel that light in your womb alive once again as this fire burns,

The shakti is there and you can't help but feel her presence as she makes you reclaim.

Reclaim the parts of you that you've kept hidden,

The parts of your blood that you ignore,

That you've rejected and you welcome them home and as you feel shakti in the fire,

The embers land like a magical chalice that drips holy water over everybody.

You feel the blood,

The fire,

The holy water and the earth.

You feel shakti and as you feel yourself melt into the elements of the fire,

The holy water,

The earth and the air and shakti and the spirit that governs all.

She turns to you and she takes your hands and she has a very clear message for you that you need to reclaim,

To step out of hiding,

To embrace all of who you are and she has a message just for you.

So we're going to move into silence for a moment so you can have your own experience with her as you melt into the elements,
