Welcome.
Find a comfortable position and gently allow your eyes to close.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and let it go slowly through your mouth.
Again,
Breathe in.
One more time.
A full breath in,
Filling your lungs completely and let everything go.
Now,
I want you to arrive here,
Fully.
Not the version of you that thinks it should be somewhere else.
Not the version that's already making a list of things to do after this.
Just you,
Right here,
Right now.
That's enough.
You're enough.
In the Japanese art of Kintsugi,
When a bowl breaks,
It isn't thrown away,
It isn't hidden,
It isn't considered less than what it was.
Instead,
The cracks are filled with gold.
And what remains is not a broken bowl repaired,
But something more beautiful than the original ever was.
This meditation is an invitation to look at yourself the same way.
Not as someone who needs to be fixed.
Not as someone who is lacking.
Not as a project with a deadline.
But as someone who is already whole.
Exactly as you are,
Right now.
So,
Let's begin there.
Bring your attention to your body.
Notice where you're holding tension.
Maybe your shoulders.
Maybe your jaw.
Maybe somewhere deeper.
A place you've been carrying something for a long time.
Don't try to change it.
Don't try to release it.
Just notice it.
And with your next breath,
Send that place a simple message.
I see you.
I see you and you belong here.
We spend so much of our lives rejecting parts of ourselves.
The parts we think are too much or not enough.
The parts we were told to hide.
The parts we're afraid to show.
But here's what I've come to understand and what I want you to feel in this moment.
Every single part of you has a reason for being there.
Every crack.
Every scar.
Every pattern you've carried.
It brought you here.
And here is exactly where you need to be.
Now,
Imagine for a moment that you're holding a bowl in your hands.
A beautiful,
Simple bowl.
And this bowl is you.
Look at it closely.
You'll see lines running through it.
Fine cracks.
Some deeper than others.
Some old.
Some more recent.
These are your experiences.
Your struggles.
Your moments of doubt.
The times you felt broken.
Now,
Watch as warm,
Liquid gold begins to flow into those cracks.
Slowly,
Gently,
Filling every line.
Not hiding them.
Not erasing them.
But honoring them.
Making them visible.
Making them beautiful.
This is what self-acceptance looks like.
It's not pretending the cracks aren't there.
It's not waiting until you're perfect to allow yourself to be seen.
It's recognizing that the cracks are the most beautiful part of you.
Take a moment now and think of one thing about yourself that you've been struggling to accept.
Something you've been at war with.
Something you've been trying to fix or change or push away.
Hold it gently.
Like you would hold that bowl.
And say to it,
Silently,
In your own heart.
You are not my weakness.
You are part of my story.
And my story is worthy of gold.
Breathe into that.
Feel what shifts when you stop fighting yourself.
Because here is the truth that changes everything.
When you fully accept who you are,
All of it,
Every threshold falls away.
Every limitation you thought was real begins to dissolve.
Not because the world changed,
But because you stopped being your own obstacle.
From this place,
From this place of wholeness,
Anything becomes possible.
Not because you became someone new.
But because you finally allowed yourself to be who you already are.
So take one more deep breath in,
Filling yourself with that knowing.
And as you breathe out,
Let go of any last resistance.
Any last judgement.
Any last condition you've placed on your own worthiness.
You don't need to earn your place here.
You never did.
Slowly begin to bring your awareness back to the room.
Feel your body.
Feel the surface beneath you.
Wiggle your fingers,
Your toes.
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
Welcome back.
And remember,
You are not broken.
You never were.
You are Kintsugi.
Whole.
Golden.
And exactly where you need to be.
Thank you for joining me.
