Good morning and welcome to your affirmation meditation.
Find yourself in a comfortable seated position.
Maybe you're sitting in a chair or maybe you're sitting cross-legged on the floor,
Maybe sitting up on a pillow,
Maybe a wall behind you to support you.
Find yourself in whatever position that feels okay to be able to rest and to be able to breathe for about seven minutes.
If you're sitting in a chair,
Feel your feet rooted down into the ground with a long spine reaching the crown of your head up towards the sky,
Relaxing your arms.
Maybe your palms are down on your legs or maybe your palms are open up towards the sky if you're looking for a little bit more energy on this day.
Relax all the muscles in your face.
Let them go.
Release your jaw and allow your shoulder blades to move down and back.
Take this moment to breathe deeply in through your nose,

Exhale through your nose,
Two,
Three,

Hold,

Keep going at your own pace.
Maybe even lengthening and deepening even more through your breath.
As you inhale,
Your belly rises and fills up.
And as you exhale,
Your belly releases,
Letting go.
Simply focusing on your breath.
I'm going to repeat some positive affirmations.
And when I say each line,
I would love it if you joined me by repeating that line in your head.
Still,
As you breathe,
Slowing down,
Letting go,
Letting that breath hold you.
Let your breath carry you through this.
Here we go.

Lengthening through your spine,
Feeling that ease carry you through your time here within your mindfulness.

Still allowing your breath to slow down even more.
No matter what it is you're going to be moving through today,
Know that you are guided and supported.
Your breath will carry you through any type of challenge that may come your way.
Always reminding yourself that you are healthy,
That you are happy,
That you are loved,
You are safe,
And you are living your life with ease.
Everything and anything that you want or need is purely at your fingertips as you move through your life and your day with grace.
Soften.
And whenever you're ready,
Slowly bringing yourself back to this space.
Maybe coming back to more of a regular breath.
Maybe wiggling your fingers and toes.
Maybe giving your shoulders a little bit of a wiggle.
Maybe gently moving your head side to side,
Yes and no.
And then whenever you feel called,
Gently blinking your eyes open,
Moving slowly and walking through your day with a little extra skip in your step.
