Through breath and body awareness, you will gently acknowledge what you may have inherited that was never yours to carry, release it with love and intention, and receive the gifts of resilience, intuition, and wisdom that have been passed down through generations. This practice is for anyone exploring their roots, processing intergenerational patterns, or simply wanting to feel more grounded in who they are and where they come from. No prior meditation experience is needed, only a willingness to feel.
