Feel the warmth of spring.
Feel fresh ideas.
Feel new beginnings.
Sense the vibrant energy of summer,
Action,
Courage and creation.
Also notice the quiet beauty of autumn.
Letting go,
Trusting the cycle.
And rest in the stillness of winter,
The reflection,
Renewal,
Preparation.
Each season has a purpose.
You don't have to rush to summer or cling to spring.
Each moment knows its own timing.
Whichever season your soul is in right now,
Breathe into it.
Let it be enough.
Let it teach you.
Now,
Repeat softly to yourself,
I honor my rhythm.
I trust my timing.
I move with life,
Not against it.
Stay here for a few quiet breaths,
Letting your inner world find its natural balance again.
