Begin by settling in,
Either sitting or lying down comfortably.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath,
Inhaling slowly and exhaling fully.
Repeat this deep breathing for a few moments to calm the body and mind.
Take a few moments to settle into your body and let your breath flow naturally.
Feel the steady rhythm of your inhales and the rhythm of your exhales.
Let each breath draw you into the present moment,
Releasing any tension or worry with each exhale.
Allow yourself to simply be here,
Fully present and open.
Now gently turn your awareness inward.
Without judgment,
Observe your current sense of confidence.
Notice how you feel about yourself in this moment.
Do you feel steady or is there a sense of doubt or insecurity?
Just observe,
Knowing that whatever you find is perfectly okay.
You're simply becoming aware of where you are,
Starting from a place of acceptance.
Recognize that confidence is not something to wish for but a quality you can cultivate.
It's a quiet strength that grows within through your experiences,
Through your choices and reflections.
In this stillness let yourself acknowledge that confidence is something you can nurture over time.
Now bring to mind an image of yourself feeling and being confident.
Picture yourself in a specific scenario,
Perhaps giving a presentation,
Maybe meeting new people or simply standing tall in a challenging situation.
Notice the details.
How do you stand?
What expression do you carry on your face?
Sense the ease and steadiness of your confident self.
As you hold this vision,
Gently focus on the feeling of confidence.
Notice the warmth and calm that comes with it.
Let this confident self become more vivid,
Inviting these qualities to take root within you.
Feel them settling in your mind and body.
Confidence is built not by wishing but by doing.
In this moment set a gentle intention to carry the confidence of this vision into your life.
Reflect on a small action or step you can take today that aligns with this confident self.
It may be a simple gesture like speaking kindly to yourself or making a small decision or stepping slightly outside of your comfort zone.
As you set this intention,
Imagine how this small action can plant the seeds for more confidence over time.
Hold this intention in your heart,
Letting it feel steady and achievable.
Know that each small action is a step on the path to building genuine confidence.
Now take a moment to feel gratitude for your resilience,
The inner strength that helps you learn and grow.
Remind yourself that every experience,
Every mistake,
And every success is part of your journey.
Confidence grows as you learn from these experiences,
As you recognize your ability to adapt,

Wiggle your fingers,
Wiggle your toes,
