Hello and welcome,

I'm Mare.

Thank you for choosing to be here with me today as I share my music and my meditative thoughts on gratitude.

Let's sit together this morning with awareness and marvel at this unique experience,

The profound privilege of having a life here on our beautiful planet earth.

I hold gratitude for each and every breath I take.

The physical processes involved in this seemingly simple act are nothing short of miraculous.

I am grateful for the earth beneath my feet,

The ground that supports me as I sit in morning meditation.

How fortunate we are to have this stable foundation offering a sense of support and safety.

Thank you for the clean pure water I have to drink,

Refreshing,

Cleansing,

Life-giving.

Each time I sip this miraculous substance throughout the day may I enter a moment of gratitude and mindfulness infusing me with grace.

Thank you for this morning and the possibilities it holds for this new day.

Thank you for this present moment where I can ground my physical body and expand my awareness setting the tone for a mindful morning.

Let's place a hand over our hearts.

I am grateful for my heart center.

As I feel the warmth of my hand and breathe into this sacred space,

I think of those I love,

Embracing the frequency of loving-kindness.

Thank you universe for the perspective that today I will do my best.

I accept that my best may vary depending on context and circumstance.

And that's perfectly okay.

I marvel again at the simple act of breathing without trying to change it.

I simply notice my breath,

How it feels as I rest my hand on my heart.

I am grateful for this simple practice,

A sanctuary I can return to anytime to infuse the present moment with love and grace.

Feeling centered,

Whole and connected,

I choose to create feelings of joy and gratitude from within rather than waiting for external circumstances.

I actively embody these elevated states,

Nurturing my spirit with mindfulness and love.

From my heart to yours,

Thank you again for being here with me today.

I wish you well,

With many moments to return to your feelings of gratitude as you go about your day.
