Take a moment with me in grounding your energy,

Finding a comfortable position,

Lying down or if you are sitting,

Having a nice long spine,

Eyes softly closed or in a gentle gaze.

Begin to tune into your breath,

Taking a long,

Slow inhale and a long,

Slow exhale.

And as you exhale,

Feel yourself release.

Release any weight you've been carrying,

Letting go of your shoulders and really feel yourself planted on the earth.

Imagine roots coming out of your feet and going into the floor,

Moving through the ground.

Taking up space and going down deeper to the center of the earth,

Breathing in this connection with our divine and feeling her presence there,

Grounding your energy,

Giving you safety.

Repeat this with me inside,

I am grounded,

I am safe.

And as we go on today,

I welcome you to carry on this mantra.

I am grounded,

I am safe.

Give yourself gratitude for taking this moment to allow yourself to ground,

To love,

To reconnect to yourself with the nature within.
