Welcome.

Keep your food close.

A tiny bite is enough.

A fruit,

A nut,

A snack,

Even a little raisin works.

Right now,

Check your body quickly.

How's your stomach,

Your chest,

Your jaw?

Just notice.

No fixing.

Now take your bite,

A real one.

Don't slow down.

Don't close your eyes.

Just take a normal bite.

Good.

Now here's the part that creates the shift.

While chewing,

Drop your shoulders just two centimeters.

That's it.

Feel that?

Your jaw becomes lighter,

Your chest opens a little,

Your stomach softens,

So digestion becomes easier instantly.

Keep chewing.

Keep doing that.

Now place one hand on your belly lightly,

No pressure,

Just a gentle touch.

Your nervous system responds to touch faster than to thoughts.
